We completely understand your frustration and anger, we have had a few setbacks with supplier delays and employee absences. Please give us another 2 weeks to ship, if not we will be glad to issue a full refund. Thanks

We're a bit further behind than expected, the [redacted] hats are the most time consuming to make. I'll look up your order and e-mail you back with a ship date. We just finally got a bunch of hats back from [redacted] painting

We still are planning on shipping your hard hat as soon as we can. We make all hard hats in the USA. In house. From time to time we do have unforseen manufacturing issues. If you can wait we will ship as soon as it is made.  If not we'll send a refund. Thanks

We still plan on shipping your hard hat as soon as it is made. It's not easy to find skilled carbon fiber technicians unfortunately. Were trying.

Still not fraud....why does everyone think this? Please read before ordering!

I am rejecting this response because his response to the issue took over two weeks and I went to [redacted] and they reimbursed my money.  I was told 3 times my order...

had shipped.  I don't believe he [redacted] ship this time either.  To bad he is catering to "The Big Guys" or the large orders.
