They claim to do inspections on their used cars but could not actually produce the inspection reportThe mechanic and sales person couldn't even agree on how many points were on the inspection
Once this was pointed out the sales manager, Reese, stooped to personal insults to explain why I didn't deserve good service
You can only imagine that they really had something to hide

Shawn was great to work with Great company Very professional Quick installation done in a professional manner I would recommend their services

On Saturday July 30, 2016, my husband, purchased a used vehicle from the dealershipAt that time, he purchased the extended warranty & GAP coverage for the vehicleOn Sunday, we discussed the purchase and decided that the warranty and GAP coverage were not something we wantedFirst thing Monday morning we began contacting Kevin at the dealership to try and cancel the warrantyWe began calling at am in hopes that we could just update the paperwork before it was officially sent in and finalized so that we could avoid having future issuesAfter multiple phone calls and voicemails, which were not returned, we finally reached KevinHe told us that it was too late to fix the paperwork (which I did find a little hard to believe since it was before noon that day) but that we could come in and cancel the warrantyThat afternoon, August 1st, we drove to Little Rock from Conway to sign the papers to cancelI asked Kevin for proof that we cancelled because I knew I would need something for the DFA so that I would not be charged sales tax on the warranty portion and he said when I received the paperwork in the mail it would show the cancellationA few weeks later we received our paperwork and there was nothing included showing the cancellationI also logged on to the finance company to see if the cost of the warranty (approx$3600) had been removed from our loan and it had not been done
At that time I called the accounting department at the dealership and they said they had not received the paperworkI spoke with Kevin and he said he doesn't know what happened but that I would just need to come back in and sign the papersI refused to drive to Little Rock againHe said he would email the papersAfter a few phone call reminders to Kevin he finally sent the paperwork on August 22nd and I returned the papers on the 23rdI asked once again for proof of the cancellation and again on the 25th for confirmation and I never received it
Approximately two weeks later I logged onto the finance company website to make my car payment and noticed that the amount for the warranty still had not been removed from my loanFrustrated, I contacted the dealership and spoke with MoI explained as much of the situation as I could to him and he said he would have it taken care of and call me the next dayHe did not callA few days later, on Saturday September 10th, I called him and he said he was working on it and would call me backHe had Kevin call me and Kevin stated that everything had been cancelled and it just takes a while for things to process and that if I would call him Monday to remind him to send proof that it was cancelled he would send itI find it extremely ridiculous that I would have to call and remind someone to do their jobI called him on the 13th and he said he would send the papersI did not receive the papersIt was not until I finally emailed the GM with no response and then started calling the dealership two days later that I finally received the paperwork showing that the warranty and GAP coverage have been cancelled
This delay caused me to be late on my sales tax payment as well as be charged over days of interest on $that I cancelled the day after it was purchased

Buying a new vehicle can be tough. To some car dealerships we are all just a number but to McLarty Honda we are treated as family. James F. welcomed us with open arms. He was personable, professional, and polite. He knew that we were looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family. James was persistent with helping us not only get a bigger vehicle but a BRAND NEW vehicle. The dealership lowered the price of the vehicle so we could afford it. Honda actually lost money on our deal but it didn't matter to them because we were treated as family. If you would like to get a reliable car but also be treated as a hardworking individual instead of a number go to McLarty Honda. Go and see James F. to find your next dream car. You will come out smelling like a rose.
P.S. To get the best treatment call James at 501-227-7000 to schedule an appointment or ask any questions. Feel free to mention this review and I am sure he go out of his way to make it possible for you to buy your dream car.

Will not buy from this dealer or return. A salesman told me there was little to no depreciation on a new honda over several years and miles. When I disagreed he aggressively approached me, put his hands in my face, and yelled at me. A manager sent the salesman away and apologized for his employees actions. When I told him I as a customer was offended by the way I was treated and would write a negative review, I was told by the manager that they sell 40 cars per day and my negative review means nothing to them. These people do not care about customers.

To whom it may concern! I was in the Dealership today at MCLarty Honda 10 Coloniel Glenn Ct, Little Rock, and Arkansas

On the July-01-2016 They were tries to SCAM me for the price of the Toyota Tacoma 2014 Pickup truck, the price list online was $25,500.00 by the time I agree to buy it they were generate it to sale price 27,995.00 they show me with payment term 5 or 6 years, I choose 6 years with $2,000.00 dollars down payment.

Then I found out the base price was in-corrected I confront the sale man he was like freak out and NOT give me a fair answer, then he call sale manager came over his name Jimmy J. this guy came straight to me and try to rip paper work off my hand which is fraud paper work I call it, he's try to pull it off my hand and I kept pull it until I threat to call the police , which is I told him this is illegal for you guy try to SCAM buyer consumers like this, then I have to call the police while three big dude around me thing got heat up the police is on the way they were fix the number back to the original $25,500.00 and try to confuse me again they were try to keep me busy when police was came so I couldn't see the police Dispatch call me on the phone and said officer being looking for me all over in front they was try not to let me came out the officer left.

Meanwhile, these people were tries to keep me busy inside. Furthermore, when come to the financing department the guy name Zach J. [redacted] again tries to SCAM me for a different number and sent me home without a contract 'Purchase agreement payment terms' when I realize I call this guy his direct number he never pick up his office phone I went back and see him at 7:45pm confront him about a copy of contract agreement he said never give it out they will mail it to my home, I was told.

Then I was asked to change the warranty of the contract since he has not submit it I'm no longer interest in to buy extend warranty, This guy also told me come in tomorrow which is Saturday morning I feel something is NOT right, I don't feel comfortable with these guys.

These guys run all document three different paper work with three different number off base price and the financing included payment terms are all mixed up non off them match. He also told me that I have to pay my own sale taxes of the vehicle when I get home.

NO DOWN PAYMENT I was told, but in the Retail Buyer Order Form said $2,000.00 dollars cash down payment. Something was wrong here.
They try to SCAM me many different ways are list below.
1- The base price of the Truck changing while customers not pay close
attentions and confuse buyer.
2- Financing from 10% run up-to 13% using your weak credit scores reports as a
point to offer you higher interest rate and changed it in your purchase
agreement anytime they want to.
3- Sent me home without a contract agreement he said he will send it to my
home, this is drag more time into it, by the time I found out it is too late.
4- How can you buy a vehicle without paying sale taxes on the agreement, How
can you pay taxes almost $2,000.00 cash while register vehicle.

To prevent futures happen to anyone else in town I would like this complaint goes to government official to stop them being either rip off or SCAM consumers hard work like me.

Please Help to STOP this FRAUD from Dealer LANDERS McLarty Honda in Little rock, Arkansas
