I am rejecting this response because:
Business has not provided documentation supporting claim of $349 of services rendered 3/3/14. It appears business improperly billed [redacted] insurance. Additionally, business has not provided me any detail to what services were provided on $349. Also, if you look at their documentation received from insurance, there's a note by insurer to NOT bill $152.
The documentation does not support what services were provided that would cost $349
