I went there for a free eye exam because I saw online free eye exam I called the office to make sure, went I got there I did ask again I was told by a nice lady yes this is a free eye exam I said ok I want to do it know, long story short when they finish with the exam other person at the front desk told me you have to pay $for the eye exam I was so upset I told her that I was told the eye exam was free, at this point I was in shock I told this rude person that I was not going to pay she said to me I will have to call the police I was not rude or disrespectful but she didn't have any manners she made me feel like I was trying to still something she was loud and she told me this in front of clients and other staft members, I told her to call the office manager but the branch manager was rude and disrespectful because I dont like any problems I told them that I was going to pay but this is not fare for people like me that search online bad service bad customer service

I had gone there a few times and every single time was just as bad as the one before. They had a doctor there who ended up quitting and when I realized they had charged me full price for contacts, despite having an allowance from my insurance towards it (they should have done their due diligence to check this), I called and they said there was nothing that could be done because that doctor left. What does that have to do with YOUR company overcharging me?! They never refunded. On my second visit I had a female doctor who walked in with the most trashy outfit (no white coat which keeps things professional), and had no idea what she was doing. Mind you both times I had waited over an hour to see any doctor, with extremely rude staff to boot. After ordering contacts again from them (again trying to charge me full price!) they took forever to come in an when I stopped in one day asking for a trial pair to hold me over, they said absolutely not and belittled me in front of everyone there.
