I was sold a starter relay Assyrian for60.49taxtotal $.sale date was 2/17/I saw on line I could buy the same part for under $ I called a got the parts Dept I was told they don't return or refund electrical parts because I may have dared it trying to instal it I told him I never even had it out of the box I was at workThe same part was under $ on line I felt ripped off even though I never took it out of the box after I left the store they wouldn't let me return itThat's lousy customer service besides totally upsetting me I'll never step inside that store again

I was sold a starter relay Assyrian for60.49tax5.44 total $65.93 .sale date was 2/17/16 . I saw on line I could buy the same part for under $10.00.
I called a got the parts Dept I was told they don't return or refund electrical parts because I may have dared it trying to instal it. I told him I never even had it out of the box I was at work. The same part was under $ 10.00 on line. I felt ripped off even though I never took it out of the box after I left the store they wouldn't let me return it. That's lousy customer service besides totally upsetting me. I'll never step inside that store again.
