As a consumer I was not treated professionally by Tiner Properties
I had a lease with Tiner Properties from 08/12/to 11/04/At the end of my lease I informed that I would receive my depositHowever, I didn't received any communication from Tiner propertiesWhen I contacted them I was informed that contract has ended and they cannot help me and referred me to owner without providing owner contact informationWhen I requested owner contact information I was told that owner will contact me or I have to send communication to a Tiner properties and they will forward it to owner It is common curtesy and business practice to inform each party regarding changes in management or ownershipThis is not A+ type of service to consumers it is "passing a buck." I would not recommend nor use any services that are offered by Tiner Properties because they betrayed my trust and treated me unprofessionally

My grandmother and I jointly owned a rental home When our tenant vacated, our property manager (not Tiner Properties) told us that the home needed 60K in repairs to make it ready to rent or sell We then called John T*** with Tiner PropertiesJohn and his teammate Jenny H*** came out and helped us devise a much more affordable plan to sell the home They suggested $10K for the most needed repairs that would make the home look good, coordinated all the vendors to do the work and even got most of the vendors to agree to payment when we closed escrow In no time our house looked great and we had multiple offers! We ended up closing escrow above full price The whole sales process was great, but the service they provided after the sale was even more impressive to my grandmother and I Our former Property Manager had a tying arrangement which required us to list the home with him - but we did not know about that clause in our agreement until after our home was sold and he demanded 6K in Realtor fees! We called John in a panic John calmed us down and invited us back to his office for a consultation He listned carefully and read all our documents, then called the Real Estate legal hot line on our behalf Then he helped us craft a great letter which ultimately resulted in the demand for 6K being dropped! It was awesome to work with someone who had our best interest at heart before, during and after the sale! I highly recommend John and Jenny to anyone considering selling or buying RE They are fantastic and always have their clients best interest at heart

The company did not refund our security deposit as promised.They charged us unnecessarily for cleaning the house when the house was cleaned as required.We left the house in the same condition as was given to us even clean.They charged us for bulbs and filter even though we replaced it.They say they are not like the other rental companies but with this experience they are the worst they never bother to even return your phone calls
