A screenshot of the same email is attached as evidenceMunireUSA promised to either re-ship or refund the order, saying nothing about having to get a favorable response from *** I ask that the company keep this promise

No signature was requested - As per our shipping policy we are not responsible for the package once it is delivered to the purchaser.
