Hello, On July 15, I hired Advanced Wildlife Management of Scranton PA to remove a colony of bats that had inhabited the apartment building on own on [redacted] Street, White Haven PA The contract with Advanced Wildlife Management had a five year guarantee The bats returned in mid July I called Advanced Wildlife Management to report that the bats have returnedThe man who preformed the initial removal of the bats called on August 10, and said he would come between Friday and Tuesday August thru August 15thHe never came to followup on the guarantee I have tried to contact Advanced Wildlife Management to honor the guarantee but they do not respond to the voice mails I leave As fall approaches the bats will leave but come back to roust next year
