Review: Hello I am writing to seek assistance with a company on west broad rpm. I took my vehicle a [redacted] in to have a radio put in on Friday March 20 2015. I left it there 0900 am the 20th and was told they would have it done by 6pm and I could pick it up after work due to me not getting off on friday. I called friday before close of business and they advised me they had a part not come in but would be in Saturday the 21st and would be done by 2pm on saturday. SATURDAY ROLLED in and I called.before it was 2pm they said give them an hour and they would be done , they have been really.busy. I then went ahead and left at 3pm to head in to pick my car up. I then at 330pm got a call saying my car was not ready yet and that it be ready Monday at noon unless I wanted wires hanging all over the place. I then expressed this was supposed to be a one day job and was told it was harder than normal to wire and I then agreed to be there after noon this monday. When I went Monday at after noon at around one I called just prior I was told that it was almost done give them an hour at 2pm I showed up prior to being at work by 3pm and I was told as the tech was checking and pacing around ... so what's the trick to starting the car as I heard them trying to c r an the car. I said there's no trick the keys put in like it was Friday and turned to start .. they said they haven't been able to get it started since saturday. I then expressed that the car was fine prior to bringing for a radio and that I wanted to see the car. They took me to the car and then I tried to start it. They became defensive saying they never touched anything but radio but prior the car was fine. I then told them I suggest and null the different stories to add up because the manager owner then expressed it had not been able to start since Saturday they had the work done .. then a different owner said he started it Sunday and it was fine. I then told them I would come back tomorrow and 830am which I did today but after leaving I had called and checked on car and the tech asked me to forward them directions on to reset the immobilizer via text he then processed to text me while at work they been trying all kinds of things and last thing was to remove the spark plugs and such. I have been talked to all kinds of ways with no answers if some one could assist me ThanksDesired Settlement: I want my Vehicle in the running condition it was prior to having work completed on the radio now it wont start.
