HIghest praise for Advanced Window Had double pane windows and sets of sliding glass patio doors in our story house installed maybe years ago After year, the screen was loose and needed adjustment and they came out and fixed it gratis After around years, of the windows they installed developed growth of mildew in between the layers of glass, and couldnt be cleanedGreat for me, they had installed windows with lifetime warranty, so they came out, confirmed this issued and installed brand new windows, charged only the labor, and they were an even better replacement brand!! I had them install two more windows that we hadn't done and another set of sliding doorsThey are really polite and efficient, and did a great job each time Their labor was very reasonably priced in my opinion, and their foreman was extremely capable, efficient and able to solve a couple of problems that occurred during installationThey use really high quality, solid materialsMy experience with them over a decade has always been highly appreciative of their service, and I have referred couple friends to them for windows, with similar impressions to mine

Buyer beware! I should have paid more attention to the other negative reviewThis company neither fixed most the windows we hired them to repair nor completed the rest of the job they were hired to doCarl, the owner, stormed out, leaving the job mostly undone, when we complained when it became apparent that the hardware they were selling us did not address most of the problems that had been pointed out to himCarl returned the next day, after we had agreed to pay him the extra amount he asked for to actually fix the windows, waiving his original contract in my faceHe stormed out again when we did not want to argue again about his original contractOur experience is they use terminology that you as a consumer won't be familiar with, and don't seem to feel an obligation to either explain the limits of what they have included or write an agreement to cover the hardware actually needed to make the repairsDeal with this company at your own risk and only if you have a fall back plan if they decide not to performThe work that was actually completed was fineCarl does appear to know what he is doing when he chooses to do it

The crew was rude, never once introduced themselves to us, they trekked mud through the house and made no attempt to clean before they left, bunched a rug into a corner because apparently it was in their way, they chipped one of the bathtubs but their team said they didn’t so that was that, chipped the dry wall above the window (must have been there too!). We were having them install two large bedroom windows, 2 small bathroom windows, 1 static entry way window and a sliding door. Quoted us a day of installation took three weeks to complete (on top of the 6 weeks it took to order the windows; quoted 3 weeks!). Windows were put on the first day nicely, no scuff marks or the sealant remanence, but boy oh boy we had issue after issue with the sliding door. They installed the door wrong, the stucco that they used didn’t match the house (despite the numerous conversations and pictures that were requested from them to match the existing stucco color – their response was that the contract said no paint. Ok, why on earth would I think if you were color matching the stucco that I would then want you to paint it?) and on top of that they kept telling me a base coat and texture was all they were doing and the texture looks great! After we PAID someone else to paint, it was apparent that the texture was crap. They got stucco all over our brand new pavers, which actually had to be replaced we tried to pressure wash numerous times but there was tape permanently stuck under the stucco on the pavers so there was no salvaging. After a number of complaints, they attempted to fix some of issues, like installing the door properly. However, towards the end of the three weeks, we felt they were not addressing our concerns and were hiding behind language in the contract that I as a common consumer would not know to question. My last straw was they sent contractors to trespass on our property without permission. All in all, stay away from this business; they produce low quality work with low quality workers and purposefully provide misinformation.
