of the used products we receive from our customers.   The box we received from [redacted] was not damaged, so there was nothing to report to UPS upon receipt. The products inside the box were not sufficiently packaged & wrapped, however, so they presumably rubbed inside the box during the entire transit time to our location. That is what caused the scuffing that [redacted] notes in their complaint.  [redacted] verified, that our shipments back to them were very tightly packaged so no rubbing or scuffing could occur.   Attached is the email correspondence between our companies regarding the products and the programming resolution. Also below is a summary from our technicians performing the programming. As such, AWC vigorously denies that [redacted]’s products were damaged while in our care. AWC does acknowledge delays in returning the products to [redacted], as we were waiting for a return call from Mark for a credit card to charge prior to shipping.   We have spoken with [redacted] this week and have offered to replace the damaged housing of the repeater at no charge. We have also offered to replace a missing part at no charge. We hope to hear back from him shortly and put this matter to rest.   Bob [redacted], CFO Advanced Wireless Communications
