** *** ** *** Dear Mr. *** I received notification of your unsatisfactory experience with our Pierre CheeseburgerThe complaint stated that you became ill atter oonduming a burger and the taste was offLet me Start by apologizing for this and by letting you know that we take these type of issues very seriously at AdvancePieneI would also like to thank you for your purchase of our products and hope that we can regain your confidence and become a valued brand to choose once againOur goal is to provide you world-class customer service and great tasting food products that are safe and of the highest quality available in the market place todayAfter reviewing our records of the last production runs of the product, T found no issues during production that would lead to off taste products being producedDuring our process, the products are rapidly frozen to approximately 10-F after cooking to seal in the moisture and prevent spoilageThe packaging room environment is less than F and the product is only in this area for approximately 2-minutes due to the packaging processAfter packaging, the product is transferred to a storage frecter at approximately FSince we did not find any issues during production and we have no other similar complaints, the most likely cause is from thawing and refreezing somewhere in the distribution / storage or the product, Once the product leaves our Distribution Center, there is a greater potential for mishandling which can result in some degree of thawing that could cause issue you discovereddo not know of the specific storage conditions at the location you purchased our product from, but open cases can lead to minor thawing of the product that: can contribute to the issue you discoveredThis is due to the typical defrost cycle that the store units must go through in order to maintain temperatures for extended periodsOnce again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and want to assure you that we take all customer complaints seriouslyAdvaucePierre Foods and its associates are passionate about food and our goal is to delight our customersIf I can be of further assistance, feel free to contact me at *** ***
