Advanta Clean of South Austin completed work at my home. They emailed me a statement, but I forgot to make a copy.
I have recently contacted the company by email once and by phone three times, the most recent on July 28 in which I spoke to Katie. I requested another statement by email. It has not been forthcoming.
This was a simple document request The customer was contacted and the request was fulfilled to the customer's satisfaction.
