Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we don't agree with the billed amount University of Colorado Denver / [redacted] Style Definitions */ Response to business: AdvantaClean of [redacted] We did not direct or ask AdvantaClean to paint any of the walls We are not disagreeing that the job is finished We were told by [redacted] that the additional work would cost $more, not $more In addition, our floor drain in the room that was worked on by AdvantaClean is backing up On inspecting it we discovered there is a lot of paint sludge in the drainThe paint sludge in the drain is a direct result of the paint that was spilled on the floor and then apparently washed down the drain by AdvantaClean A plumber needs to come out and clear the drain We are asking for AdvantaClean to pay for the plumber to clean the drain out given the drain backing up is a direct result of AdvantaClean’s actions We are willing pay the estimate amount of $1,613.95, plus $200, minus the cost of a plumber to come out and clear the paint sludge from the drain (cost of service call and the work to clear the drain)

We did not direct or ask AdvantaClean to paint any of the

We are not disagreeing that the job is finished. We were told by [redacted] that the

In addition, our floor drain in the room that was worked on
by AdvantaClean is backing up. On inspecting
