My wife and I purchased a new A/C unit from Advantage Air Concepts in Chuck came out and installed the unit in one day The A/C unit worked great and was nice and cold In April our A/C was not working and the temperature in the house reached degrees With a baby and pets in the house, this was not good I called Chuck and told him the problem Chuck came to the house within the hour and looked at the unit Turned out the capacitor that makes the compressor work went bad Chuck went to get the part and had the A/C working again like new within about three hours of calling him The best part, it was covered under warranty and we did not have to pay anything for the repair A/C nice and cold again Thank you Chuck for everything!!

In July I contracted a severe infection in my knee which required surgery, leaving me hospitalized while my wife and two kids were left at homeThe day after the surgery, a Saturday, my wife discovered that our house, normally a comfortable degrees, was at degrees and climbingWe called several companies and received luke warm responsesMany promising to drive by our home and email us a quote sometime Monday, explaining that work wouldn't begin for at least 1- weeks and we could be without AC for longerWhen we contacted Advantage Air Concepts my wife, having talked to or other companies, spoke with Chuck and explained our situationThat day Chuck drove to our home, looked at our unit and discovered it had been hit by lightningInstead of simply calling us, or emailing a quote as the others had promised, Chuck drove to Florida Hospital in Orlando to visit with us face to faceHe took his time out of a Saturday, time with his family, to assure us that everything would be okWho does that anymore? Monday morning he was already ordering the replacement unit, and although it would take some time due to permits, insurance and delivery issues, the finished product was amazingThrough out the process he would personally call and check up on myself, my family as well as inform us where the project was at and when it would be finishedI have been meaning to write a review for sometime, but life has always kept me from itHowever Chuck just called today, simply to check up and ensure that everything was still "blowing cold"In a time where too many companies are not creating lasting connections with their customers, I am glad to see that building a unique, lasting relationship with each customer is a top priority for the team at Advantage Air ConceptsI can not imagine using anyone else for our A/C needs

In April 2016 our A/C was not working and the temperature in the house reached 86 degrees. With a baby and pets in the house, this was not good. I called Chuck and told him the problem. Chuck came to the house within the hour and looked at the unit. Turned out the capacitor that makes the compressor work went bad. Chuck went to get the part and had the A/C working again like new within about three hours of calling him. The best part, it was covered under warranty and we did not have to pay anything for the repair. A/C nice and cold again. Thank you Chuck for everything!!
