Review: ADVANTAGE AIR AND HEAT / Mr. [redacted] installed and a/c unit for my modular Home I bought from Clayton Homes.He Mr. [redacted] installed a outside unit that was not compatible with the inside unit/ parts call him back out a couple of times in which he never fixed the unit .It ran for a couple of weeks and then would break and Advantage air /Mr.[redacted] would not answer our phone calls.Finally a few months ago Clayton Homes gave him the go ahead to please come out and fix our brand new a/c that broke every other month. He Mr.[redacted] did finally came out and said that he fixed it again but in two months a/c out again . We have been trying to reach this company in which this part is in warranty that never was fixed.each time my a/c goes out I have to get another a/c company out at a cos t of at least 250 plus.The unit never was right and or fixed properly when advantage did come out.Advantage/ Mr. [redacted] will not answer our calls for months now .He is the only one that can resolved this problem he is the one that installed the unit and resolve this problem.thank you very much, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Fix this a/c unit properly that they installed .
