Hi ***, Thanks for your letter and concern Our company has help thousands of people better understand the proper maintenance that needs to be done on their furnaces Along with contributing factors to poor indoor air quality inside their home I have included the exact script our booking agent read to you over the phone 99% of people understand what we are doing when they book an appointmentWe did just ask you to give your opinion when we arrived The manager did call again to let you know the person’s name and give you a heads up that it was his very first day The manager did say “ we’re hoping you can let him into your home and take it easy on him ” I’m sorry you felt that this second phone call was harassment; we felt it was a courtesy Regardless of your decision to not give an opinion when we arrived; you should have still received your gift I do apologize, and we did retrain our brand new guy give everyone a gift regardless if they wanted to give an opinion We all have first days mr homeowner but sending a letter to the Revdex.com over a misunderstanding is a little dramaticIf you have any further questions or concerns feel free to give us a call at ###-###-#### Also, please give us your mailing address so we can send out your gift Hello Mr/Mrs_______How are you?
