This company calls elderly and convinces them that they need their product! They called my year old father in law and convinced him to give his credit card informationWhen the product came in we called them and sent it back but they still charged his accountThey sent a contract which he never signed and we sent it back as wellNow they are going to charge him a restocking fee!! ReallyMy father in law has a memory issue and didn't remember this eventThey told me that they didn't hold a gun to his head to make him give them his credit card informationThis company preys on elderIf we need this product we will call locally

Review: I received a medical alert necklace and instead of taking out monthly payments they took the full amount out. I returned the unit and they refunded my $299 now they are threatening me to take the money back out of my bank account. The bank is going to allow them to do this I am a senior and do not have the money, please help me resolve this. My neighbor is assisting me in writing this and this is her email which I am allowing her to assist me in this matter.Desired Settlement: A resolution.
