As unhappy as I was that my stainless steel Whirlpool Dishwasher developed rust on the panel, I was extremely happy with the service I received. Advantage Appliance Repair impressed me immediately by accommodating my schedule with appointments - it took three - and by sending out the same representative each time to my house.
Josh was wonderful. Professional, courteous, and friendly. I enjoyed his company while he efficiently worked on my dishwasher. Throughout the entire time he was here he was respectful of my home, i.e. he took care not to mar my counters with his tools. What impressed me the most is, he kept an eye out for my cats while he went through our fenced in yard here in coyote territory. I hope Advantage knows that they have a gem of an employee with Josh.

Terrible appliance repair.. repair man did not know what he was doing.. "fixed" one problem and created another.. now my dishwasher is leaking and when I asked them to fix it .. they said they would be charging me to fix it.. they created the problem and will not stand behind their work.. when my husband spoke to Brian t, the manager,, he had no interest in fixing the issue.. yelled at my husband and demised his concerns

Advantage Appliance came out to my home because there was a problem with our Whirlpool dishwasher no longer draining water. The service tech (Ruben) arrived within the first hour of their 5-hour arrival window (which was very convenient). He was very professional and courteous, and resolved the problem within 15 minutes. Ruben also provided us with a few tricks (running the hot water beforehand, etc.) that will help ensure that we run the dishwasher at its peak performance from now on.
I would highly recommend Advantage Appliance to anyone.

Jeremy certainly delivered five-star service. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and efficient, he was friendly and very professional. I have had many technicians come to my home over the years; however, I have to say that this was the best of the best. Advantage should clone him!! Our Whirlpool dryer is now humming quietly. He also provided us some recommendations on how to improve our dryer's efficiency.

Our 2 year old Maytag refrigerator was leaking so we called for help. The tech arrived promptly and finished the repair in a half hour. He/Randy did a great job and we'll look to Advantage Appliance Repair if needed in future.

Randy arrived within the time frame promised. He was very professional and courteous to my son and I. He discovered the problem with my Whirlpool Duet in a jiffy. My daughters My Little Pony Crown stuck in the drain pump! We all had a good laugh. I would highly recommend your business to friends and family. Pleasant person doing the job! He deserves a raise!! I called Advantage Appliance Repair on Monday for two issues regarding my refrigerator. I was offered several appointments during the week. I received a confirmation of the expected arrival time the day before my appointment.
The technician, Randy [redacted], arrived within the first hour of my scheduled waiting period. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.
I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company to friends and family

Technician arrived early in time window. He heard problem and verified quickly what the problem was. The correct parts were in the van complete and installed very quickly. He left the faulty parts and explained why the problem occured. I would highly recommend to anyone in need.

We were very satisfied with the repair of out dishwasher. The technician was very professional.

diagnostic fee not subtracted from final bill, technician did not check waterline upon completing job.My wife was told on the phone that the diagnostic fee would be subtracted from the final charge (a standard practice); it was not. The technician left without checking the water dispenser which prior to the service was working perfectly but after has almost no water pressure.Desired Settlementreduce the bill by the diagnostic and fix the water line. Also make it clear in the future that you won't be getting the diagnostic fee back.Business Response We do not offer a free service charge. Our customers are told up front that we charge a service fee to come to the home, parts and labor if required. Some companys off free service call with paid repair but inflate the labor charge to off set fees. We do not do that and our message on the phone states that when they call in. The customer received a quote prior to repair being done and signed the receipt approving with charges listed.Thank You,[redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Your technician still left without checking the water pressure in the fridge which is almost nothing. The quote was on the phone and the person was not clear at all about the extra fee.I will never do business with you again and will recommend that my friends do the same.Final Business Response We will be contacting you to schedule an appointment to see what is happening.If it is something we did we will take care of it. A check for $20.00 has been sent out today. Keep in mind that your refrigerator is 5 years old and they do not make them like they use to. Also copper and plastic water lines behind the refrigerator that supply water to ice maker are a plumbing issue and not a refrigerator issue. Those lines do deteriorate and need to be replaced at times.We are not plumbers but will come out to see where the issue is and come to a mutual compromise. Final Consumer Response I fixed the problem myself, this is not closed to my satisfaction but I am done dealing with them.[redacted]

The service technician, Randy, was prompt, professional and courteous. He arrived with diagnostic equipment (yay!), tested the oven, found the problem immediately and began to remedy the faulty ignition harness. He explained what the problem with the gas oven was and what he had done to ensure it would fire and stay lit during it's heating cycle. It's operating beautifully now! Thank you! I will definitely contact this company for any future repairs my appliances may need.
