Not appreciated to Million people who fight this disease in the World EverydayShould never be allowed to post on Yelp or anywhere on the web Threatens that "Homeland Security" needs to look into [redacted] because "as shady as they come"How is this relevant? Is this person referring to this individual as a threat? Really don't understand this As you can see for yourself in photo that is attached, this person is very unstable and has threatened us significantlyIt is unfortunate but this person has no boundariesWe have tried to resolve this problem with the customer but were not successful

Revdex.com to resolve this issue but I believe it will be impossible since this persons mission is to only harm and not resolute.
It all began because one of our Tec's showed up to replace a part and the part was broken when it arrived still in the original box. Our company does not open boxes prior so that the customer can see the authenticity of the "Original Parts" still packaged. When our Tec arrived to do the job that is when it was observed and the customer had a fit. No money was charged since it was going through insurance. The customer yelled for the technician to leave the home as he did immediately. Customer [redacted]- wrote 3 terrible reviews on YELP were she indeed informed us that her next mission is the "Revdex.com". As well this person threatened with the following (Original review copy is attached) :
1. [redacted] (who she never seen before, who was not even her Tec) is "biggest Low-Life" and "biggest Garbage"
2. States that persons who she doesn't know "dying from Cancer" and "doesn't care"- unbelievable! Not appreciated to 7.6 Million people who fight this disease in the World Everyday. Should never be allowed to post on Yelp or anywhere on the web.
3. Threatens that "Homeland Security" needs to look into [redacted] because "as shady as they come". How is this relevant? Is this person referring to this individual as a threat? Really don't understand this.
As you can see for yourself in photo that is attached, this person is very unstable and has threatened us significantly. It is unfortunate but this person has no boundaries. We have tried to resolve this problem with the customer but were not successful.
