My dryer just failed for the third timeLowe's says I have to use Dino's but will not interveneA tech named Joey came out and replaced a thermostat on my year old Maytag dryerIt failed one week later and ruined some clothes due to overheatingJoey would not come out for a week and not until I had my dryer vent cleanedI paid $to find out my dryer vent was cleanJoey replaced the same part for a second time reluctantly a couple of weeks agoWell, this morning the dryer stopped and continued to cook the clothes for a third timeI will have to wait once again which will total almost a month total I will be without my dryerWhy won't Lowe's look at ratings of Dino's and use a competent repair service?

Dion`s is lacking in trustworthiness and lacking in refinement with his arrogant offensive mannerismHe is very argumentative and attempts to put the blame on you the customerHe does not have customer service in mine, just his egoHe places himself on a throne and expects you to kneel to his reverence, for he can do no wrong, only you the customer canDion`s is suppose to be customer service, with a "F" rating withh Revdex.com, that does not say a whole lot for the appliance companies that hire himAfter all the RUDE conversations he had with my wife, placing blame on her the entire time for his incompetence, he having no scale of values at all, we decided to look for a honest, sincere appliance company, even if we have to pay from our own pocketI do not reccomend Dino`s Appliance at all, save yourself a headache and find someone else

They came out twice to fix a problem I have with a Whirlpool gas range that is a lemonWhen they came out the second time they told Whirlpool that it was a "courtesy" because it was a "user care" issue but failed to inform me so now Whirlpool will not honor my warrantyWhen I called Dino's to ask them about this so called "courtesy" and "user care" issue and to inform them there was no way this problem was caused by my use their answer to me was "well we can't watch you all the time"UNBELIEVABLE!!! Not only did they screw me with Whirlpool then their only defence of the "user care" issue is that they can't watch meThis was the worst customer service and repair I have ever had in my years on this planetAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

techs are very rude and argumentative not willing to listen to customer complaintsthey don't keep there appointments and not willing to fix the problem

Should have checked Revdex.com for reviews before accepting this company for warranty repairDino's replaced my Maytag icemaker and ran fine for several months Refrigerator began to freeze food and icemaker stopped working againUltimately raised the temp to and it improved slightly Called Assurion Warranty 11/2/who scheduled Dino's again
On 11/12/repairman Chris came, advised me how it is miles from their Mesa location to our house in Cave CreekAlso how once the icemaker is replaced it can tend to go out frequently thereafter because they do not replace with factory parts
He did not remove ice tray to even look at the icemaker or pull out refrigerator to look at equip in back Stood there and stared then finally checked food temp which was degrees below what the temp was set at and decided the internal regulator temp of the refrig was too low and freezing the food & tubing thus being too cold to produce the iceRaised it up by degrees on the control panel on the outside of door and set exterior temp to Told me to give it at least full days and let them know if no ice production
Called back days later and let them know still no ice and now having to raise temperature again Told me to call warranty comp and they would be back out Called and they tried to schedule with Dino'sDino's told them they would charge me for the trip and visit because there is nothing wrong with it Rep advised them still not producing iceThey advised no appts available for at least weeks and if there was nothing wrong with it they would charge client So here I am with an appt scheduled for Dec 3rd with another company and still no ice and freezing food
Run hard and fast from this company as they are not competent, not customer service friendly, and will outright lie They should never have accepted a Maytag contract if they are not willing to travel in the metro Phoenix area to the clients homes

This is my second complaint against Dino'sThey came out twice and replaced the same fusetronWhen the second one failed the tech would not come out again until I paid $to have nt dryer vent cleanedIt was perfectly cleanNow I am out another needless $Then Dino's called Maytag who told them to replace the mother board which they didFailed again on first runDino's refused to come out again so Lowe's directed us to another repair serviceIt was a female technician who used her eyes for minutes a said look hereOne of the heating elements was broken and hanging down causing an intermittent shortIt was so obvious it was unreal

I had this company come out to determine why a gas dryer was not heating up The repairman informed me that the dryer was fine I was just not getting gas to it I then had to call a gas repair company at a cost of $to determine that the gas line was fine it needed to be bled to allow the flow of gas This is something I believed the repair person should have known When I called the office to discuss this fact I was told they would return my call and instead they ran to the bank and cashed the check I had written in person to ascertain they received their full payment for a service not completed and that cost me additional monies I was willing to pay them for trip charge but not a full $for something I believe the repair person should have known and fixed without costing me even more money Then taking the check to the bank so that I could not stop payment was just plain wrong and demonstrates they knew they were wrong

I am in the midst of a terrible situation in large part due to Dino's handling of a warranty service call on my Whirlpool refrigerator When I called ***'s Service Advantage back in November because the door had fallen off after months of it not closing properly, I had to wait over a week in order to get a morning appointment so that I could arrange for someone to be at the home When I called Dino's near noon, they claimed that they did not take morning appointments from ***'s and that they could only come out that afternoon I explained that I had been without proper use of my refrigerator for almost two weeks at that point and that I had arranged for someone to be present in the morning but that he had to leave for work at PM Miraculously, they said they could stop by right away They came and spent two minutes reattaching the door, but did not repair or replace the hinges They then told ***'s that someone had been hanging on the door which caused it to fall off! My household consists of me and my adult children None of us hang on the door To make such a claim was ridiculous and tried to put the blame on us for a defective product This door had been failing for months and was not level since day one Perhaps I should have complained more frequently to ***'s, but to have Dino's come up with such a ridiculous and inadequate response is completely unacceptable Last week, I called ***'s again to complain that the door had not been fixed properly and was told that Dino's said we had been hanging on the door I told them that was ludicrous and they said they would send Dino's out again I asked if they could send someone else and they claimed they could only send Dino's I made a morning appointment after being assured they could take a morning appointment Mid-morning, I called Dino's who said they weren't coming out and they told ***'s they weren't coming out because they had already been here and they couldn't fix the damage They again blamed us for hanging on the door They said I had to contact ***'s but that there is no way to fix a refrigerator door that falls off So why did they reattach it in the first place? I knew the moment that I saw the "repair", that it would not last and I was right Now, I am faced with fighting with ***'s over a defective refrigerator because Dino's decided to make a completely report as to the cause of the problem From reading the other reviews, I see that is a pattern with them blaming the customer

Dino's was sent out to fix a range under warranty with whirlpoolThey ordered a control board and igniterThe range still wasn't working properly and the oven wouldn't stay on or heat to degreesI called back and they came out againThey took minutes and tested it at and said there was nothing wrong with itI asked for it to be tested at degrees and was told no they only test at I was frustrated and said I know it doesnt work and the repairman Mike said I'm doneHe was very unprofessional and rudeI called whirlpool and requested a new company under warranty to look at itToday they came out and said Dino's ordered and installed the wrong part which caused it not to heatNeedless to say I am furiousTerrible customer service by MikeRun away from any business rated F by Revdex.comI called whirlpool and reported their rating to whirlpool and asked them to STOP using this companyVery disappointed

My brand new Whirlpool washer started acting up in the last couple of weeks (it would get stuck on the rinse cycle)They sent out Steven Romo from Dino's to take a look at itFirst, he showed up minutes before the window he set this morning (fine, okay, whatever, but I had just gotten out of the shower, and wasn't expecting him for a while)
He tinkered with my machine for a while, and then called me over to chatHe started to tell me that my machine was getting unbalanced load codes, okayHe then instructed me that I cannot do small loads, to which I let him know, that I do substantial loads as I tend to procrastinate doing my laundryHe said I needed to wash more than a couple of towels at a time, when he said this I pointed to an actual basket of towels waiting to be washed that was piled high! He then told me that I quote "needed to stop interrupting" and to let him finish talking because he was trying to give me information and that "this is his job" and he knows what he's talking aboutI'm sorry, but he doesn't come hang out when I do my laundry, and I would find knowing how I actually use the washer to be pertinent information when figuring out what's wrongI found his comment to be unnecessary and aggressive, and it turned a conversation into a really uncomfortable one sided lecture
But it continues to get better! He then starts to tell me that it "appears" the washer and dryer are on the same circuit as other things in the houseAgain, I explain to him, they in fact are not, they are on their own separate breaker, I had just spent a small fortune rewiring my 1930's house, and that the electrician has them on their own circuitsTo which Steven says in a condescending manner, that I am wrong, and that they are on the same circuit because they are plugged into the same outlet (mind you the dryer is gas)Didn't know he was an electrician! He also tells me that the washer could have interference from routers or other appliancesMy router is on the other side of the house, and again, the washer and dryer are on separate breakers and separate circuits from each otherI even called my electrician to confirm after the tech left
He then continued to tell me that I was wrong, my electrician was wrong (mind you, my electrician is the owner and founder of one of the largest electric repair and installation companies in the Valley) and I told him okay, I guess I would just have to let Whirlpool send him out again when it continuedHe then more or less threatened that they would have to charge me if he came back out, and that I'm wrong and just using the washer incorrectly, and that I need to rewire my (already correct) outletAlso worth noting my electrician thinks claims like this about the wiring are B.Sbut he anticipated it and did put them on separate breakers and circuits from one another at the get go
His tone the entire time was condescending, and I got the vibe it's because of my sex (female) and age (25)I was not once confrontational, and was only ever trying to explain how I do in fact use the washer, and how the electricity is in fact wired
My father (attorney) followed up with Whirlpool, and when he relayed what the tech told me to the woman at Whirlpool, she was surprised at the claimsShe said it was the first time she had ever heard a tech say the problem was too small of loads, and that the outlet was the issueShe says all she had on her side from the tech was that the security system was interfering with the washerHE NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THE SECURITY SYSTEM TO MEHe basically didn't listen to anything I told him, accused me of not letting him speak, and then LIED to WhirlpoolThe woman at Whirlpool stated they'd be filing their own complaint about this, and they scheduled me a return visit from a different company
I found the tech to be threatening, condescending, unprofessional, and above all, he was 100% wrong about everything

Our four year old *** refrigerator began having problems cooling and then stopped making ice The first two repairmen sent by our warranty company had no idea what was wrong The third recognized the problem and told us the refrigerator was still under warranty and to call *** directly, which we did They in turn scheduled an appointment for Dino's Appliance to make the repair Their technician, Matt arrived as scheduled, he diagnosed the problem, said Dino's would order the parts and he would return to install them We received a call three days later that the parts were in and Matt would be out the same day He arrived as promised, installed the parts in an efficient and neat manner He explained what the problem was and how the new parts would help solve the issue He was very knowable and helpful We will call Dino's in the future for problems with our *** appliances

I have used them two timesEverything went great on the first serviceThe second service, we had a problem with some door hinges that didn't fix the problem I hadThey ordered a second set and installed those, still no difference, I asked if they could remove the old hinges, they said it was easier to leave them on and they refunded the cost of the hinges without a problem, I really appreciated thatWill use them in the future

Dino's Appliance Factory Service was sent out to service a blue stain inside a brand new [redacted] dryer. The tech, Luis, was extremely rude and accused my mother of having blue paint or nail polish in the dryer. She has not had any blue paint or nail polish in her house. He insisted and wouldn't listen to her saying she hadn't had any paint of any kind around the dryer. She asked that he not state in his report that it was paint, concerned that it could void her warranty and knowing that it wasn't true. He told her "I can write anything I want in my report." very rudely. She told him she wouldn't sign off if he put that in his report. He then turned his back on her, walked out without another word and left. I contacted Dino's and Dino himself said the tech spent 45 minutes cleaning her dryer and that it was over and above what they do, that they do not clean insides of dryers. He did NOT spend 45 minutes "cleaning". He spent 5 minutes scraping with his fingernail at the stain. I am shocked that this caliber of company is still in business, and even more that a company with a reputation like [redacted] would employ them as their contractor in the Phoenix area.
Be very careful using this company. Many bad reviews online, Angie's List, and F rating here at the Revdex.com. If they hadn't been sent out by [redacted] under warranty, we never would have selected such a shady business with such a bad reputation. The owner himself does not care one bit about customer service, quality, or honesty. AVOID!

I ignored the reviews and used Dino's. After taking two afternoons off from work to be available, the technician, Joey, tested opening the doors of the refrigerator and they opened. After he set the brakes, the refrigerator was pulled further back into the cabinet, but we didn't' test them before the technician left. The doors couldn't open well enough to get anything out. I immediately texted the technician to no reply and then called the office. The office said it would take 3 days to get him back to my house, even though he had just left it. I explained that I couldn't open the doors and couldn't wait 3 days. I was told Dino would call within the hour - no call ever received. I went out and bought a socket wrench and did it myself. This is an arrogant business owner who does not believe in customer service.

My dryer just failed for the third time. Lowe's says I have to use Dino's but will not intervene. A tech named Joey came out and replaced a thermostat on my year old Maytag dryer. It failed one week later and ruined some clothes due to overheating. Joey would not come out for a week and not until I had my dryer vent cleaned. I paid $85 to find out my dryer vent was clean. Joey replaced the same part for a second time reluctantly a couple of weeks ago. Well, this morning the dryer stopped and continued to cook the clothes for a third time. I will have to wait once again which will total almost a month total I will be without my dryer. Why won't Lowe's look at ratings of Dino's and use a competent repair service?

They were really helpful. Explained all charges and potential charges upfront on the phone and check parts availability before scheduling a call. They were able to quickly schedule a convenient appointment.
