There was a Chevy St Pickup that was to have work done on it and the mechanic did not do the work properly . He charged me for work that had to be done over by another company. The work was replacing back brakes rear rotors , pads & mount plus rear calipers mount . When I had the other company check the work they found it was not done properly . They had to repair everything this was done twice by the business . It was not done right . The other businesses had to replace new calibers for vehicle/Desired SettlementI would like my money refunded . The total amount of work done comes to $293.20 .

Had brought my tractor in for repairs two weeks ago. Told for well almost two weeks most of the service was performed just waiting on a part. Was supposed to be completed by Friday 5-2-14. Retunred to pick up tractor on 5-5-14 and found none of the repairs had been done I had been lied to for over two weeks. When I confronted to the owner, I was told I was trespassing. When I called to say do not do anyhing to the tractor I would remove it from his premises yesterday I was hung up on. When I returned to have the tractor towed, I found the tractor was had been pulled into his building and I personnally observed the owner - "[redacted]" - tampering with tractor after I had said do not touch my tractor. I would like to state first off the buisiness listed does not exsit in town it was a different shop location and buisiness I am a small engine shop in town who is new as of jan 1 14 I am located at 42 nashua rd rte.111 pepperell I have the old phone # and partial name which has been revised to my suiting I did work on the cust. tractor it was at my location for 1.3 weeks do to back ordered parts the spark plug was changed and the fuel filter and tires inflated and all I could do till parts came in customer is not mobility challenged the pepperell police witnessed him moving and running around just fine he would call every other day or stop by and I told him I was waiting for parts he then 15 mins. later was in my back storeage area poking around equipment I asked him to leave he started getting mad he left and called me and started to yell and threatin me on the phone so I hung up 5 min later he was at my shop again I asked him to leave he started yelling I told him to leave again hesaid no I then told him he was tresspassing ** said oh ya let me call the cops for u so he did I went back to work when the police showed up they talked to him and he was even irate with the oficer they then came to me I told them what happened customer came down down to check on his machine I told him I should have the parts on weds or thurs he said that was to long to wait but ok I need my mower thats when he came back and went out back and started to scurry around and I asked him what he was doing and he got mad and left then he called me and was getting very rude ect. then he wanted me to put the old parts back on his machine I told the officer I could not do that because of risk that the old parts could cause failier and ruin his mower the officer agreed with me. the officeer whent back out talked to [redacted] then told me that customer was having the tractor picked up and I said ok and whent back to work.. then friday may X XXXX james came back to my shop and sarted to get vocial agian I had to tell him to leave per order of the police department for a no treaspass ** said fine started walking out the door and said I will slander your name everywhere so any further questions please contact me @ XXX-XXX-XXXX ty [redacted]
