I am rejecting this response because:Most of what was said in this...

response is untrue  For one, I tried to come in every 10 days but they aren’t open 5 days a week and I work shift work so they made it very difficult to get in  I did speak with Dr. [redacted], who they fired by the way, several times due to the lack of communication between my so called “coach” [redacted]  Dr. [redacted] was kind enough to give me her personal cell and told me to contact her at any time. My husband and so in fact did come in a met with the “owner” Dr [redacted] in the Tapestry Park office and if they are saying different they are liars. I don’t trust this company! They are out to rob people under the heading of “wanting to help achieve health” when in fact they don’t care. Don’t forget, I have times, dates, emails and phone texts to prove my case and I will be glad to submit it all. I want Lending USA to be paid off . I’m trying to give this company the opportunity to stand behind their word which they are failing miserably at.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: As I explained to [redacted], when my timing belt broke in April it was an emergency and I was left stranded on the side of the road on my way for Easter Dinner with my family.  I did not have the luxury of waiting until his business opened the following day to contact Advantage Automotive.  It was an emergency.  I have AAA towing insurance and the establishment to which I had my vehicle towed was a preferred provider with AAA.  It was not until I brought my vehicle into Advantage Automotive for my next routine maintenence in September that I realized that my timing belt had been replaced the previous September by Advantage Automotive.  It was only at this routine maintence visit was it mentioned to me that there was a warranty in place, there was absolutely no mention of a warranty when I had the repair done in April. Advantage Automotive has made no effort to resolve this complaint other than to deny responsibility.  I respectfully request, once again, reimbursement for the faulty repairs and workmanship which was performed on my vehicle the result of which was major inconvenience and risk to my personal safety. I hope that we can resolve this complaint without formal legal action.

1-26-2015Advantage Automotive2650 N Lincoln AveLoveland Co 80538 The customer had her timing belt replace by AdvantageAutomotive on September 6, 2013. We have a 2 year 24 month warranty that stateson the invoice "Warranty work must be performed in our shop and cannotexceed the original cost of the repair"; She agreed by signing theinvoice.  Advantage Automotivealso provides a 2 year 24,000 mile Nation wide warranty provided by an outsidesource for cars that break more than 25 miles away from our shop. On  April 30, 2014 the timing belt broke and this customer chose to tow her car and have itrepaired at another repair shop 2.5 miles away from Advantage Automotive. In mid to late July the customer was requesting $531.89 back for reimbursement for car repairs doneat another shop. Advantage Automotive strives to have an outstanding warranty, but if customer does not follow guidelines and directions it is not ourresponsibility or policy to reimburse money. In closing, the customer never once called us or contactedus about this issue until 3 months after it was repaired by another repairshop. The customer states we declined the extended warranty. Once again we werenever notified until 3 months after the repairs were preformed by another shopand the nation wide warranty company denied reimbursement. Attached is the Invoice from us and our warranty as well asthe other repair shops invoice. I thought everything was explained and  understood since we never had a responsefrom customer or Revdex.com since initial complaint in Aug of 2014. Sincerely,  [redacted]

To whom it may concern:
I'm writing this letter in response to ID# [redacted].
On September, 6 2013 the mentioned customer had her timing belt replaced at our repair facility....

When we have a customer sign the invoice for repair authorization we detail in writing as well as verbal that we have a 24 month 24,000 mile nation wide warranty. We do explain to them that if the parts fail in our area to please bring the vehicle back in to us, or if it fails outside our area to call the toll free number we provide for the nation wide warranty.
The customer chose to have her vehicle towed to [redacted] on April, 30th 2014 which is only 2.5 miles from us to have the timing belt replaced after the failure. The customer didn't even notify us until she came in to get an oil change on her vehicle on June 19th 2014.
At that time we did suggest to her to call our warranty company to see if they would
honor the warranty. They denied her claim because she chose a shop the was not in the warranty network.
We pay a large amount of money a year to provide our customers with this nation wide warranty.
We have enclosed the original invoice as well as the invoice the customer provided to us for the 2nd repair.
We are a very reputable shop and always stand behind our work, if she would have come back to us we would have taken care of the problem and the warranty would have
covered her towing as well.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call me.
