I was sold a card that was not drivable days after my purchase. I purchase the car on 08/12/2015 and the car has not be able to drive since 08/18/2015I purchased a[redacted] from this dealership on 8/12/2015. 2 days later many warning lights appeared on the dashboard, the Airbag and Traction icon. The horn stop working the same day. I notified the dealership of this and they did not suggest any solutions. A couple days later the car would not start at all, I replaced the battery with a brand new battery. A day after the battery was replaced, the car overheated. A local [redacted] certified auto repair shop said that the radiator fan is not working, and there are loose wires that are burning because they are not in a secure box that is supposed to come with the[redacted]. The [redacted] certified tech also showed me evidence that suggested the car has been in a major wreck (loose wires, power steering line crushed, driver seat belt failure and more). The[redacted] was not provided to me at the point of sale. I was told the car was in great condition and the dealer assured me the price was just a great deal when I questioned how low the price was compared to other dealerships. The car does not meet the reasonable standards expected of even a used car. I was sold a car that does not work and has invested a lot of money repairing and today is 08/26/2015 not even a month later. The dealership has not returned my calls and they stopped replying to emails./////Desired SettlementI believe the dealership is should be held responsible for all the charges to repair to get the car in a safe drivable condition./////

I purchased a [redacted] on 1/16/2015. On 1/21/15 I contacted the sales person to let him know that the radiator had a leak and it would cost around 488.00 repair. After a several days I contact the salesman again and he informed that the owner will not help. I asked if the company would be willing to pay half of the bill and he said no.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] Desired SettlementI would like for the car lot pay half of the bill.Business Response We have rectified the issue with the Client. He had a repair done on the vehicle for far more than we would have had it repaired for and then asked us to pay half. Our issue was not with assisting the client with the repair, it was with the amount that he paid. It must be said that the client also signed an"As is" warranty form. We were trying to do the right thing and assist him even though we had no legal obligation whatsoever to do so. We were in communication with him the whole time, however he felt we were not responding in a timely manner? We split the cost of the repair, and ultimately wish him well with the vehicle.
