Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I put the pool up months after because I was tired of getting the runaround from Rausch ColemanThe issue is not about the warrantyFixing my drainage was in the contract to be fixed and they ignored it and forced me to put the pool up months laterI have spoke with independent house building construction companies and had them look at my backyard and both have said that it was a horrible job and was obvious that my pool being there was not affecting the drainageThey had months to fix it before I put my pool upThe reason the pool is where it is is because the yard was so unlevel that the only option was to put it thereA flood in my back yard is absolutely ridiculous and it has zero to do with the warrantyIt is in writing in my contract that it was to be fixed and they ignored it once the home was closed and they received their money.The $referral bonus was something the sales manager told meand I EXPECT their word to be true and not lies Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, Rausch coleman has proveded evidence in pictures that the only drainage was around the swimming pool with very minimal waterAlso the swimming pool was placed in the drainage area for the yard to drain, which is explained at the walkthrough of not to doRausch Coleman shows no record or anything written in buyers contract stating anythin regarding a yard repairAlso on the referral Rausch Coleman has nothing in writing stating how much we will give the buyerThere fore Rausch Coleman gave the buyer $which is what we were paying for referrals when the contract was processedRausch Coleman will be doing nothing further in regard to any yard repairs nor will Rausch Coleman be payin =g anymore in a referralThere is no record of written documents on either issue that is signed by buyer as well as Rausch Coleman

We have made contact with the home owner and will be completing all of his repairs on Saturday the 29thThe homeowner was not
willing to be available during standard warranty service hours of 8am-5pm so we have made accommodations to have our warranty repair crews work over the weekend to get these warranty concerns completed

To Whom it may concern, Rausch Coleman Homes has reached out to Mr. [redacted] multiple times on his drainage in his backyard. We have put down sod in the back of his property as well as looking for the drainage issue he had reported. Drainage of a homeowners property is to be maintained by...

homeowner after closing as well. We have attached pictures of the homeowner putting a swimming pool right in the drainage area of his swale in the yard which actually would VOID the warranty. Every time we came out to look at the yard after a rain there was water around the pool, which was gone within 48 hours of a rainfall. Our warranty states regarding drainage "there shall be no standing water within 10 feet of home for 24hrs or 48 hours outside 10 feet and in swales. Rausch Coleman has made multiple attempts out of "Good Will" to try and make this right. At this point there is NO further warrantable obligation required by Rausch Coleman Homes. On the Referral money that was mentioned there is nowhere in the contact that was signed that buyer would receive a $500 referall fee. The contract states that there would be a cash bonus and that is all that is stated. So at the time of Mr. [redacted]s referral Rausch Coleman was offering a $100 referral fee, which was paid to Mr. [redacted]. There is nothing further that is owed to Mr. [redacted] on his yard or referral funds.
