Company moved handicap ramp, spent one day moving & reinstalling on front of home at no charge to customer. As far as 2 windows, customer traded 2 windows and 2 steel door for 2 6' glass doors. As far as storm door touching ceiling, customer said he was taking it down. Company offered to take down. As far as landing, company build for customer at no charge. As far as anything changing from contract, customer changed. Have highlighted contract that is attached.
