Review: On 01/21/2014, I the anti-freeze light on the dashboard of my [redacted] xi came on. On 01/22/2014, I verified that the only issue was that the anti-freeze level was low. On 01/23/2014, I took the car to Advantage-[redacted] to have anti-freeze added. After inspection, the service advisor came back and showed me the brocken stem of the anti-freeze expansion tank floater, stating that it needed to be tested as it was brittle, that it was a known [redacted] problem, and that the whole expansion tank needed to be replaced. As I noticed that the break of the floater stem was sharp (not brittle), I requested that the old expansion tank with the floater stem be saved. In replacing the expansion tank, the thermostat was also brocken. On 01/24/2014,when I picked up the car and the old expansion tank, I noticed the stem was further damaged to mask the previous the sharp break. On 01/28/2014, I took the car to [redacted] dealer in [redacted] and expalined the situation. As [redacted] explained that there is no known problem with the expansion tank floater stem, I requested an inspection of the expansion tank floater. [redacted] found that the expansion tank was not installed properly.Desired Settlement: I request a total refund of $508.74 for the unecessary work performed on my car and a refund of $59.67 for the extra work performed by the [redacted] dealer to correct that work.

Review: I brought my [redacted] 2008 back in April 2014 for a repair on my cars which lead to more issues after driving it. Oil pan gasket, All spark plugs replaced, diagnostics, and alignment, claimed to be repaired up to par. As of right now, my car still shakes...terribly. JON T[redacted], the owner of this company, now called ADVANTAGE [redacted] GROUP, claims it's my fault because it has been too long, and yes its been almost 4 months...but THE CAR'S STEERING WHEEL SHOULDERS NOT SHAKE MY ENTIRE HAND. This is my main concern for my call placed to jon TISH around 2:45 on this day of 7/31/2014. I explained to him that I had to come in several times AFTER their repairs for additional issues such as READJUSTMENT of parking brake, and shaking of the wheel along with a chirping sound. they didn't repair it. It got worse, so Martha gave a "rewards card" for my issues from them. When I asked JON T[redacted] about his rewards card, he said he wouldn't honor it and hung up the phone on me when I just wanted to verify if he had a rewards card program and when did it start...He asked why and I replied bc I have one (I wanted to ask him if he can compensate me for THEIR inconvenience that they caused me). He didn't want to disclose what exact date they he started the rewards program bc he didn't want to honor my rewards card. This us when he hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to compensate me in the amount of $1897 for the inconvenience that they caused me AFTER their repairs AND refusing to service me PERMANENTLY, after JON T[redacted] knew that I had a rewards card and he didn't want to honor it.
