On 07junI was contacted by Chrysler corporate and referred to this dealership to go for a test drive with a tech to diagnose warranty issues and repair as needed on my ram and to deal with the service manager jack only the service manager jackI called jack asked him when was a good time to bring in my truck for a test driveHe told me to bring it in that dayI wanted to make sure that they could look at my truck, because I was driving miles one way to this shopWhen I arrived I introduced myself and asked if he was ready to go for the test drive; he said yes so we walked out to my truckwhile enroute I was explaining issues with the truck and told him that I also have a video showing some of the cruise control issuesI asked where can we get my truck up to as this is where I'm getting the buffeting from the mirrors and the rear end shakes at this speedHe tells me he dosent have min to go for a ride in
