Purchased used suburban asked for *** and if it was ever wrecked. Salesman stated no, it's in great condition and they'll get us the ***.
Purchased a used Suburban, sight unseen as we were assured it was in great shape. However we were mislead of actual events about vehicle not being at dealership when we found it online. We asked for a *** and said we would receive one. We asked if it was ever wrecked and were informed it was in great condition and with the exception for being hit at the dealership never wrecked and in Gainesville for repairs. We were in a bind as our vehicle was totaled in an accident. Upon delivery of the Suburban, March 15 approx delivery. There was a service suspension system code. The salesman took it to the shop, cleared the code. It came back almost immediately. We called to inform them of the code and a malfunctioning navigation/DVD player. We were told to check back after the 30 day for warranty claim and they would take care of it. My wife was at *** about our totaled vehicle Gap claim and they said there should be no lag for warranty coverage. Went to Advantage and was informed they were closing shop due to covid and to come back after and it would be taken care of. Their shop finally opens up and needs to go to a Chevy dealership for diagnosis which needs new shocks. Advantage is in process of replacing the shocks and says they refuse to make it right with the DVD player as it costs them 1400 for a new player. My wife was told to hit the player with her palm to eject the disc and stated "kids, you'll be fine, I didn't have a DVD player and I survived". Tried to contact the GM to make it right to no avail. I ordered a *** for the vehicle and found it was involved in a front end collision with excess of $1000 in damages which devalues the vehicle. The damage claim we were informed of didn't exist on the ***. This vehicle was purchased because of the complete package. We walked away from numerous other vehicles due to the lack of accessories. I complained to Patrick Carney about being lied to about the *** being clean and he didn't care. They weren't fixing the navigation/ DVD unit. I told Patrick if I was aware of the damage I would have had you take money off and not put$2000 down. Asked to speak to the GM, Darrin who seems to never be available. They would not give me the DM name or email info.

Desired Outcome

We found an OEM navigation DVD unit for$500 just have to return the core and install or return my $1500 deposit to replace the unit for a new one, 1400 to 1500 quoted price from the dealer, Advantage Dodge.

The GM contacted me the shortly after I submitted my grievance with the Revdex.com. I briefed him on the situation and he offered to send out a check immediately for a replacement OEM unit and provided his cell number if any other issues arise.

I purchased a used 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander, 3 months ago. The car came with two keys for the vehicle , I was assured the second key, would be given
The second key has not been retrieved from the previous owner, and I still only have one key. These keys are expensive to replace! I have called, and called, speaking to the General Manager! No response.

Desired Outcome

I simply want the second key to my car, or reorder one for me.

We have reached out to *** to remedy the issue. We were able to get a new key made for her. We also filled up her tank with gas for her troubles. If there is anything else we can do for her in the future, we'd like the opportunity to continue our relationship with her.

THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME BACK MY $500 DEPOSIT FOR THERE MESS UP.

Mr. J came into our dealership looking for a particular vehicle at a certain price point. We didn't have the vehicle he was looking for so we had to order it for him from another dealer, at his request. Mr. J signed off on the order and left a deposit for the vehicle. We sent a driver to get the vehicle that he wanted. In the meantime, Mr. J went to another dealership and purchased a vehicle from them. We have made several attempts to reach Mr. J, but he has not returned our phone calls. If Mr. J would like to contact us, we can be reached at 352-735-3777 to discuss the return of his deposit.

As stated above, they have never contacted me by phone or email. I already called my bank and they will be contacting you guys to get my money back.

I took my Jeep here after I was told by a local mechanic that I needed a $700 tuneup for my 2014 Jeep that was losing power! I paid 50 dollars for a scan to tell me this! I right away called Advantage Jeep dealership and talked to Dana in the service dept. who went above and beyond from the minute I talked to her over the phone. They found that the reason the spark plugs were bad was because of a bad coil which would be covered under my extended warranty. Dana also spent time on the phone with 2 different reps from my warranty company to explain to them that because of the coil going bad that it caused the spark plugs to go bad too and they should help pay for that too. Even though spark plugs aren't normally covered under my plan the extended warranty company agreed to pay for half.
Thank you DANA and the mechanics at Advantage Chrysler Jeep for EXCELLENT customer service and looking out for the best interest of the customer. You saved me hundreds of dollars and a Jeep that was fixed right!!
