Super happy with Evan Sand Advantage Construction! Evan was super easy to work with throughout the entire processHe thoroughly determined what work needed to be done, explained the cost, process, and scheduleHe was present when my insurance adjuster came by just to be sure that the adjuster saw everything that needed to be doneCrews were always polite and respectful and Evan made sure that everything was cleaned up really well after the work was completeIt would've been great if they also did window installation, but Advantage worked really well with my window installer so that everything was done at the appropriate times

I can't say enough good things about Advantage Construction Our home was pretty severely damaged by last June's hail storm and we were lucky to hire these guys to handle all off of the repairs Mike was our Project Manager and he delivered better than the best customer service We were told at the very beginning how the process would work and everything went exactly as we expected The work crews were courteous and tidy when they were done Mike even took the time on many occasions just to stop in personally to check on the progress to ensure it was all going as planned Mike gave us a personal touch that no other contractor would have, I would highly recommend these guys for any project you have!!

I can't believe a year has passed since I met Brandan S*** Project Manager with Advantage Construction Inc Brandan stopped by today 7/15/to check up on the roof done last year after the 6/hail stormI was so impressed that he took time out of his busy day to check on things and say helloWhile he was here I mentioned that I had my tree trimmed and there where branch's on my roof that the wind never blew off would that be a problem He went to his truck got his ladder out and took care of thisWow! even one year later customer service above and beyondThe job done last summer getting the new roof from beginning to end was a fantastic experience! I was super disappointed in Disadvantagemonths after the date of loss, I received a letter from their attorney and a threatening phone call about putting a lien on my houseDisadvantage never told me what my balance due was or that they expected a payment from meMy last contact (weeks prior) had been being copied on yet another e-mail to my insurer from Disadvantage as they attempted to siphon another price increase in the form of a supplement
In summary, stay clear of Disadvantage and if you go near them, make sure to hire an accountant and a bookkeeper

In June of we had a major hail storm that came through our neighborhood causing extensive roof, siding, gutter and window damage We selected Advantage Contruction and were assigned Evan *** as our project manager Evan was exceptional He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed He explained in detail what would be done and a time frame for when it would be completedEvan was always available and if out in the field would be back to us within the hour He was very personable and worked well with the insurance company on our behalf He did in depth inspections of work completed by any subcontractors and followed up and had any deficiencies fixed Or neighborhood looked like a war zone with many different construction companies Talking with neighbors really made me appreciate that Evan is an exceptional project manager It exceeded our expectations We would not hesitate to recommend working with Evan and Advantage Construction
