We received a new representative from Advantage. They reduced monthly fees from 50 down to 20. At this point I am satisfied with their response to this issue. I appreciate any assistance you have provided.

We have made attempts to contact this client to better understand his situation.  He added additional accounts to his program, which was why his fee was increased.  Also, we did not receive the payments he’s referencing and are unable to determine who sent the payments back to the...

bank.  His bank will not share information with us and he hasn’t been able to tell us who returned his payments, whether it was the bank or the post office.  He currently is still a client on the debt management program.  We are working to contact him and resolve his issue. Thanks, Heather

If you have credit card debt that seems overwhelming, seriously consider this company for a debt management program that will get you through paying off the cards in a workable manner. Highly recommend.

Review: I filed a fee wavier for the services.

I took the Pre-Filing certification course need for bankruptcy.

Their system notified me of a verification step required through email.

I received the verification email in my outlook mailbox.

I had a question regarding the verification.

A representative from their company responding asking me to change answers to my questions.

After several emails and live chat session, I informed them my answers to the email verification was exactly what I enter into their system.

The representative requested that I send them a copy of government issue identification to receive my certification.

I refused based the instruction found in their system generated email which asked me to answer MY SECURITY QUESTION and provide LAS 4 digit's of SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.

I DID EXACTLY WHAT THE SYSTEM REQUESTED. THEY ARE NOW CHANGING THE POLICY or RULE after I follow their systems instruction as specified.Desired Settlement: Filing bankruptcy after a divorce and job loss is already difficult. I can proceed with filing my bankruptcy until the issue me the certificated for completing the two hours pre-filing course.

ITS THURSDAY APRIL 7, 2016, I COMPLETE THE ONLINE COURSE TWO DAYS AGO!!!!

I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY CERTIFICATE REQUIRED FOR FILE BANKRUPTCY IMMEDIATELY VIA EMAIL.
