We have made attempts to contact this client to better understand his situation He added additional accounts to his program, which was why his fee was increased Also, we did not receive the payments he’s referencing and are unable to determine who sent the payments back to the bank His bank will not share information with us and he hasn’t been able to tell us who returned his payments, whether it was the bank or the post office He currently is still a client on the debt management program We are working to contact him and resolve his issueThanks, Heather
