Based on what the roofing supervisor saw was the chalk that we use for the chalk lines to keep the roof straight when we are installing it (and not glue as I had told the customer and thought based on the photos.Please note that the customer noticed the issue about weeks after we had finished the job I had hoped it would dissipate but I did promise her that we would clean it up and we will be by there today to do so I had told her it was not an emergency but I can see why she wasn’t happy it was cleaned up right away, we are just buried[redacted] , Office ManagerE.MSnow, Inc[redacted] Waltham, MA ***
