was done. The type of test he had does not produce instant results. He was explained we will not have the results for a few days after which we can mail it to him (and we did). Calling us every day asking for the results does not produce them any faster. Our doctors will give the results when they have completed their process. The reason he was placed on hold when he called is because he was not accepting their answer and the staff was trying to reach me to see if I could take his call. When I spoke with him he said he is going to get an attorney and sue us. I asked him to have his attorney call me so we can further discuss. I never heard back from him or his attorney.I reached out to the physician who referred him to us to ask if there is anything he would like us to do to help with the situation.
