To Whom it may concern, I am sorry to hear that Mr*** tried to purchase a vehicle from my dealership and my staff dropped the ball. We contacted Mr*** and gave him the refund of $500.00 he requested. Thank you for the quick response to my inquiryI still find the practices of the salesman and the financial manager unethicalThey had me check my auto payoff through MY personal account,why would I need to do this if they were going to run my credit and they could see the pay off themselves?? Our signatures were obviously obtained but I do not believe they made a valid effort to disclose that this "inquiry" will reflect on a credit report
