Thank you for alerting me to the problem this customer is having The customer is having a problem with a company which has a link on my website It is not my company and I do not have control over their procedures I put the link on my site as a convenience for my customersAs for how to resolve the problem If the customer would give us a call at our office during business hours we will be able to put her in touch with the customer service department of the online company It has been my experience that they are quite responsive to clients who have issues with the service. In past situations such as what this customer is experiencing, the online company has allowed the student to begin again at no charge The problem is that the State of Ohio requires all training to be completed within six months If the customer/student takes an inordinate amount of time to do the training, the online company has no choice but to require them to start over This information must be provided to the student at the outset and I'm sure that it was It is a matter that many students do not see the "fine print".Just ask the complainant to call us and we will be happy to try to help.Thank you for your time.Dana G.DirectorAdvantage Driver Training
