To Whom It May Concern, I am just waiting on some documentation to give a full response Our complete response will be submitted no later than 4/13/Thanks Glen A***Advantage Education, LLC

To whom it may concern:There is no reason for this customer to suggest that anyone should worry about being fooled by my previous words and documentation provided in my original response It was all factual and thus he has turned to an unregulated website where anyone over the age of can say anything that they want and have it uploaded to the 3rd party site.Lets be clear on why this site was created in 1998: Se info provided by WikipediaRipoff Report is a privately owned and operated for-profit website founded by Ed M***.[1] The Ripoff Report has been online since December and is operated by Xcentric Ventures, LLC which is based in Tempe, Arizona.[2]Ripoff Report allows users over the age of 14[3] to complain anonymously about any firm or person.[4] The site requires creating an account before "reports" can be submitted[3] but does not verify the identity of usersReports are not automatically added to the website: they must be approved firstAccording to the site's Terms of Service, users are required to affirm that their reports are truthful and accurate, but the site says that it neither investigates, confirms nor corroborates the accuracy of submissions.Ripoff Report sells ad space on its website[1][6] and offers companies the option to pay for complaint investigations, which can cost from US$5,to over $100,000.[4] It also offers an arbitration program.[7]The site says that, with the exception of cases that are decided against the complainant in arbitration, all complaints remain public and unedited[8] and authors are not allowed to remove their own reports even in cases where a mistake has been made.[9]TThis site was created for "profit" and is still un-regulated today By the way the customer went on line 4/22/and without using his real name posted a complaint with all the same falsehoods that he provided in this complaint. For the several years that Advantage Education has been in business if you search our name in Ripoff Report including this customer's complaint there is only listed and others that include us against a Financial Customer called Duvera I suggest that is an incredible track record for the hundreds and hundreds of customers that we have enrolled and provided training and education for. The customer has taken the liberty of making statements in his rejection response: unprofessional website, please click on the link provided in the original response and see how well put together the site isWe prey and rob innocent people...untrue As I mentioned in my first response he enrolled with us for "our" training and education It would be our opinion that when he enrolls with other companies that he would obtain there contact information If he didn't then he could go back to his statement and look next to the charge and there is supposed to be a telephone or contact number. As mentioned before we have delivered our goods and services and will issue no refund.ThanksGlen A***

Advantage Education LLC Re: ID# *** To Whom It May Concern: We are in receipt of the above mentioned complaint. What is being represented is completely and the documentation provided below will refute the customer’s complaintFirst of all, the original enrollment date was
10/30/(over a year ago and now this complaint is being submitted?) In addition, the original enrollment fee was $6,however, notice the “amount” of her listed enrollment fee: $4,that is because we reduced the fee by $prior to her begging her coaching sessions. Then she lists her desired amount of refund to be $4,085.00. Keep in mind this is now being asked for after she received all Coaching/Training Sessions that took place between November 2, through February 22, and now months later submitting a complaint that claims no one will respond to her in customer support and she never received a business license that she claims was included in the enrollment agreement? Enclosed is the Student Enrollment Agreement signed by the customer and on page it lists out the Trade Secrets and/or Services (Top Part of the Page). These are the Services that were agreed to contractually. Furthermore, please see pages and that defines clearly Value of Products, Key Commitments and Warranty of Service. There was no misunderstanding of what was to be receivedEnclosed is the Client History Report where you can see that “ALL” Coaching Sessions were received through the above mentioned dates (see pages through 6)Interestingly enough the customer refers to a Business License and then says the “State” has no record of it. A Business License is granted by the “City” in which you operate your business. The “State” only approves a “Corporation” so frankly we don’t know what she is actually referring tooUnfortunately, a consumer has the right to submit a complaint even when there is no basis to do so. The above mentioned complaint, in our opinion, should not be shown against our company because what is being represented is completely false. There will be no refund issuedIf you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me at 801-420-Thanks, Glen A*** Advantage Education LLC

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:One shouldn’t be fooled...

by all the fancy wording and
documentations that Advantage Education claims it has.  What they have shown here is totally
different from what they told me. To give an idea of what was communicated to
me is almost identical to a complaint filed with RipOfffrepots.com. Here is the
link to it - [redacted]
Advantge Education called and promised many things – website
development, marketing of the products that I would sell, complete coaching to
achieve my financial goal, a total fool-proof method that cannot fail and so
on. But what was delivered was absolutely pathetic. A non-functional and
totally unprofessional website and with almost zero help.
I was told that they have recorded the phone conversations
between me and Advantage Education regarding all the details of what was
promised. They should able to provide this recorded conversation as evidence to
what they have promised.
Taylor Jones from Advantage Education promised to reimburse
me for an opportunity to work with me to try to make this a success. He showed
some interest in the beginning and also promised me a $200 gift card to run ads
on social media and other sites. But it turned out that the $200 card was an
unfunded bogus card. Now, I’m look at a collection notice  from Google Adwords.
Here is the exert from the collection email:
“Your Google Account id#[redacted] has been placed with our
company for collections due to delinquent amounts owed in the total of $165.51.”
There are numerous other complaints about this company on
the Internet. Apparently this company is preying on innocent people and robbing
them of their hard earned money.
I have tried several times to get the business names and
mailing address of their partner companies that jointly robbed me of my money.
But Advantage Education was extremely uncooperative and haven’t given me any
details on them. In fact, one of the companies that I filed a complaint against
– GoGo dropship actually refused to respond to the complaint filed with Revdex.com.
This shows the quality and character of these partners-in-crime companies.
Advantage Education provided false information and false
claims with the intent to steal money from me. They have delivered nothing of
what they promised with absolutely no end result other than losing my money and
wasting a lot of my time.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
