Good Afternoon, I am writing in response to the complaint I have received in the mail While we do in fact acknowledge that the job took much longer to complete due to certain unexpected and extenuating personal circumstances, the bulk of the project was indeed completed The only remaining work is the installation of a panel of glass Had this job gone the way it was planned by both parties, there would have been a dollar balance due at the end of the project, which we of course did not ask for nor do we feel we warrant However, a full refund is perhaps unjustified as we have been paid for work that was in fact, done We have expressed our sincerest apologies for the complications that arose, but the fact remains that we have only received payment for work completed and materials purchased Please feel free to contact me at this address should you have any further questions Thank you for your time

Yes the first part of the job was indeed done but we had to get another contractor to finish the work and fix issues that was done incorrectly (i.e. the shower door, the bath tub grout that needed to re-done)

Review: Contractor was initially on time but overtime contractor was given reasons on why he could not come over and do said work on the bathroom. We understood contractor had some personal issues and we worked with him on that issue but when we contact him too see if could finish the job we would not receive a reply back from him.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund due to work that was done but after inspection and getting a new contractor to repair and finish work performed.
