I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***.Since the contractor, after two months of ignoring calls to correct the defective installation under the five-year warranty, did attempt a repair, I feel I must conditionally accept the repairs given the following condition: If the repair turns out to be inadequate I expect immediate return call and corrective action to be taken. I am not confident the repairs will be adequate given a report by another roofing contractor that said: ” The surface was not prepared properly prior to the recoating and the product didn't bond, and/or the coating used was not the proper material for a surface that ponds water. There is no salvaging the coating.”I am concerned with water pooling with subsequent leaking with the canaille being foamed.Advantage stated the roof was only overlain. For the cost I had expected a complete roof installation. The cost of a mere overlainment is excessive and the contractor may have taken advantage of the elderly tenant who ordered the roof repair on my behalf

in response to complaint [redacted]. I went out and fixed the leek by removing the foam and all the tar paper in a 2 foot /2 foot area including the canaille. then found a  place buy the cooler. tor that...

out and fixed it. then found some placeless where the coating had not adhered  maybe 4 foot round. took those up and re coated. repair is done!            let me say this! this not a new roof at [redacted]. when the man called me in 2015 the foam roof on the house was 12 or 13 years old and it had all most no coating left on the surfaces. all we did was a ( recoat) that is just the top coating.
