My employer switched to this company this year, and so far it has not lived up to its literature
I applied for their CarePlan and was told that my application had never been received, this only after I complained to my companies benefit officer
months and I still have not received any of the prescription mail order benefits
they do not provide the coverage as described in their literature at enrollment; ie urgent care copay/coinsurance is supposed to be 25% paid by myself but they require a varying amount from 63% to 38% to be paid by me
