Phoned on Saturday Dec 10,2016 for service. No reply Called Monday again. They had replaced a part for my heat pump 2 months ago and it is no longer working again. On Monday, they said they were very busy and wanted to help those people with no heat first. They said they could fix on Tuesday. I took Tuesday off, and throughout the day, called them 5 times. There is no answer or phone return phone calls. It is unprofessional to not come as promised, nor return phone calls, especially when a customer has to take the day off for them to show up.
