I David Purchased a home from Kirk at Advantage HomesThe home was very nice and kirk was very good to work with on the purchase of the homeonce he had my money things completely changed! The Delivery and installation went well everything worked like plannedThere were a few little issues that need to be resolvedKirk was extremely hard to get a hold ofsome times I would have to call times to get ahold of him and in the process of that Kirk became extremely angry with me and was just completely nastyAfter the issues were taken care of things seemed to be fineThen He said that I was to have my title at a certain datewell that didn't happenFinally he told me that he got the title and sent it to mewell ends up that it was the wrong title for my trailerso I sent it back and he said he got the right one and would send it out in the next day or soSo I wait a week and didn't receive anthingso I called him and asked about the titlewell he didn't get it sent out yet..and claimed that he would do it in the next couple daysso I told him that he told me that a week ago and how do I know that he will do itWell that made him madand I mean MADwell in the end he told me that it is not his responsibility to get me a titleand that I am not can not call him anymoreSo I hope I get my titleHe told me that he is Revdex.com Credited so I thought that you all should know how this man operates his businessThanks, David H [redacted]

We were in the process of purchasing a homeWe submitted a down payment, and were gathering the things needed for financingWe were told we had days to obtain financingAt days, we received a phone call letting us know they sold the home to someone elseI don't buy and sell homes every day, so it's confusing to know exactly what you needKirk told me he sold the home to someone else because I couldn't get my stuff togetherWhen I spoke to 21st mortgage, they said nothing was ever submitted to them for reviewThen Kirk offered to keep my down payment and he would sell me one of his other homesNo thanks I did receive my full down payment refund via check in the mail Correspondence during the entire process was unsatisfactory A total waste of time
