The Vendor refunded our money but I am still requesting that something about our experience and their lack of customer service be posted on their profileI saw similar complaints from other consumers complaining about similar issues

Review: We purchased a 5 user MS Office Pro Plus from Advantage ITTech back in 2011 and installed only 2 licenses and reserved the remainder for a later time. Recently we tried to install a third user and encountered difficulty. We contacted [redacted] for help and discovered that our activation key was a non-genuine one since it was installed over 200,000 times. [redacted] actually had blocked it. I contacted Advantage ITTech and first they claimed they do not sell a multi license product. I actually found that they currently do sell the exact multi-user product I purchased. You can see it at the following link:[redacted]They also tried to tell me that the person I called to process payment did not exist and that they did not have any record of him. I just called the number and I get an Advantage ITTech recording. Also, they tried to tell me the following: -------------"It appears as if you might have purchased from a satellite office or another source who sold on [redacted]. Once again, this order is almost three years old. Why do you wait three years to report an issue with anything. We cannot assist as this was not our product.You may try contacting the supplying vendor direct. THe MS vendor for all our MS products is Y[redacted]Their site is [redacted]Customer service email is [redacted] I reached out to them and no reply. Finally I asked to speak to an executive to explain my issue but the request was ignored.Desired Settlement: We would like a valid 5-user MS Office[redacted] Key for activation.

Worst customer service.
This company served as a listing agent for multiple vendors but refuses to give the proper assistance to people who has shopped using their services.
All the documentation we received during our purchase had their business name on it however, when reached for assistance their agent was extremely rude and uncooperative. Never in my life did we have a customer service representative close a live chat on us as we asked questions. We tried to escalate our complaint with an email but we received the same rude response from their team.

Review: We purchased a downloadable version of [redacted] for 2 pcs. We were able to download to the first computer but haven't been able to on the second computer. When I asked them for help via email and also told them that I had sent our Credit Card Company an email regarding a second "pending" charge they immediately came back to me with:

If you have opened a dispute with the credit card company your oder will be

immediately cancelled and all serial numbers deactivated. You will alsovbe

charged with any recovery charges we will incur during the process of


Our return and chargeback policy strictly states you are not to contact

credit card company or file any charges withour contact the merchant first.

There are many associated with this and will pursue all avenues to collect

At that point I had a bad feeling about the company. Since then we have sent several emails and they finally got back with us today (2 days after our last request) and told us that we would have to contact them next Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm. When I complained about that and told them we needed to get this fixed today they then changed their story and suddenly someone would be available tomorrow.

Our versions are only good to download for 14 days from Purchase which was on 10/23/14 and I believe they are intentionally not responsive so we cannot complete installation on the second computer.

When I pushed them tonight they responded with the following:

We are done dealing with you as well. Your order is being cancelled and


Uninstall all software immediately or be charged for use!

They are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I've put in a dispute with our Credit Card Company - even with their threats telling us not too.

I saw another person had a very similar experience I hope something can be done so no-one else wastes time or even worse gets scammed out of money.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund since the company is incapable of delivering what I've already paid for.
