Jeremy S [redacted] , Amber S***, and the rest of Advanatage Management are some of the rudest, incompetent people I have come across in some timeThey send rude, condescending emailsJeremy rarely performs his duties as building manager, including almost never doing the monthly building walkthroughs, rarely sending us monthly reports, and is completely unresponsiveThe moment you are able to get ahold of him or his incompetent assistant, Amber S***, they are extremely rude and dismissiveI don't understand why we are paying such a high HOA for very little to no serviceIt's near impossible to get ahold of anyone working for anyone in this companyOn top of that, Jeremy repeatedly attempts to force the homeowners living in the building he manages to use his other service company that he is a co-owner of, "I Gotta Guy", which is just as terribly run as Advantage Management Overall, this is a company run by greedy and rude peopleIf you are looking for a management company to manage your condo building, do not work with Advantage Management They should really consider changing their company name to Disadvantage Management

Advantage Management is a greedy company only in it for the bottom lineThey charge $for a paid assessment letter after you've already paid $for condo/owership details so you can closeIn my situation, I sent a check for $on 7/so I could receive the paid assessment letter by 8/AMThey said they require full business days to complete this letterThey said they just received my check today, 8/(days to mail in the same city? really) and couldn't deliver my letter until Tuesday the 11thI offered to come by and pick it up if the days was a delivery issue and was told no, that would be an early request which would require an expedited payment of an additional $Because we need to close I agreed to pay it and what do you know - the letter was delivered minutes laterThat was not a case of process time and paperwork completionThat was pure greed to make an extra buckthere is no humanity with this company - they don't care nor are they willing to do what's right for the customerThey stick to their policy only just so they can make moneyEvery experience our condo association has had with this company has been horribleThey've poorly managed it and we are finally looking for an alternativeI hope this review helps another association avoid using this company

After speaking to [redacted] today she acknowledged that she did receive the refund in the mail last week She also admitted that part of the problem was on her part and it wasn't just Advantage's fault I tried to apologize for any issue that we were responsible for and the conversation ended after a brief discussion We certainly try and help every client that we work with
