A few months ago I purchased a Ford F250 from here. When I drove it off the lot onto the freeway, the check engine light came on. Went to autozone to get the codes read, 13 codes came up. Which is funny, because while I was signing the paperwork another gentleman went to take the vehicle to emissions. And it passed! There's no way that was done properly if 13 codes pop up 20 minutes later. Went back two days later to get advice, at least to get them to look at it and the gentleman didn't even remember my name. Was rude, and disrespectful. In the end, I got them to take the truck back. But they kept the down deposit. They are scamming sm. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I recently went to Advantage auto motorsports to see if I could get financed for a truck well I met a guy named [redacted] cool guy at first not professional at all well I got financed for a diesel truck took for a test drive seemed fine so went back test drove another truck broke down right around the corner from the dealer so they had to come pick me and my gf up I decided to take the first truck signed papers left the lot it was completely empty put fuel in it got 10 miles down the road check engine light turns on got my code reader pulled up 9 codes injectors module and something with the fan I had my gf and her sister take it to get looked at [redacted] was rude and defensive from the step onto the lot. Wanted us to buy some stuff to put in the fuel to fix the injector problem he finally got it check engine turned off before I used the can but then the truck started shaking on the highway the next day pretty bad so I didn't drive it for a couple days took it in asked if I could get my money back he said no after I watched him pocket my 1200 dollars guessing he had spent it all. He called me a knit picker cause he helped me out so much I just kept bugging him with problems with the truck after arguing he said I could give it back but I wouldn't get my down payment back again I had this truck for a week put maybe 200 miles on it made me sign a letter giving up my money so he would take the truck back so I could get out from under it before it turned into a repo. Again do not go there this guy will be your best friend at first after signing your whatever is what it seems like he will screw you over if u have issues. I wanted out from under the truck I had a bad feeling about him and that truck he set me up for failure. Now submitting my experience to 3 on your side and all the valley news stations.

This dealership was the worst experience I have ever experienced. The employees were so incredibly rude and not at all honest. So many lies were told as well as insults towards my family. I've never experienced customer service like this.

Bought a truck from them in December 2013, the guy was friendly and eager to help us. (Or just take our money) we had specifically asked if the vehicle was in a accident, we were told no, and that they didnt do car faxs. He told us the owner bought the truck at a auction for his wife, but owners wife said it was to big. When we tEst drove it, came up to check suspension, and low tire pressure sensor. We brought to the guys attention. He told us that its something they will look at and take care of. Signed the paper work, were told to bring truck back the next day so there mechanic could look at it. They had the truck for two days and nothing was done still had check suspension and low tire pressure. Anyways nothing was ever done about it, and they acted like they did so much, when they did nothing. Then come to find out the truck has been in a accident and had front end damage. I called advantage motor sports to ask why they would tell us that is wasnt in a accident. They guy who answered Owner/manager was so rude started cussing at me just for asking a simple question. Then hung up on me. He must have a guilty concenense for being a liar and selling trucks that have all kinds of problems. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, NOT WORTH IT. RUDE DISGUSTING PEOPLE. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE [redacted]... STAY AWAY...

Bought a 2002 f250 with 280k miles on it from advantage, they put me in contact with credit union and got me financed at a great rate, the truck now has 345k miles on it and I couldn't have been happier with how quick And easy the process was. I knew what I was looking for, they had it at a great price already so no haggling was needed.
