 The business, Advantage Nutrition, still has not responded to any of my attempts to get in contact with them. However they did finally deliver the product. I received it today 12/**/15. Review: I made an online purchase from this company in August. Received an email confirmation with order # [redacted] on Aug [redacted],2015. I never received shipping confirmation or item. They will not return calls or emails after 5 months.Desired Settlement: Refund check sent to me asap and poor rating. No way to do business.

Review: I ordered goods for my office 8 days ago that I needed in my possession 3 days ago. The tracking information says my order is STILL sitting at their location- [redacted] has not picked up my order. However Advantage Nutrition sent me an email saying the package shipped on the same day that I placed my order. The real issue here is customer service, because with actual communication we could work together to find a solution to this problem. I have called and emailed and reached out on social media. I am not going to continue to hunt down this public business who agreed to take my money in exchange for goods. Give my money back or [redacted] Express my order immediately. Terrible business ethics.

Review: On 6/**/15 I ordered and paid for items from this online merchant that totaled $100.92. I received an automated email that very day stating that my items were being shipped out on the [redacted] (the next day) priority mail. It is July [redacted] now and not only has nothing been received but it is impossible to get ANY communication or replies from Advantage Nutrition. I have made countless attempts to call and email them for about 1.5 weeks now and have never received a return email or phone call with my tracking info or any other pertinent information. Nothing. I want a full refund. That is all I want. I have also researched this company to some degree and discovered that others have also been scammed by them. It seems to be the pattern with Advantage Nutrition.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back for merchandise that was never sent. But I also want this company to be shut down so that they cannot do this to others. They are stealing from people. Without question.
