Ms [redacted] and I had a contract for painting the house siding, trim, doors, and decks, and replacing deck rails and tie wall railroad ties Ms [redacted] was to buy the lumber, if I pick up She did not pay for the lumber ultimately, which I paid $for My original proposal for the work was $4800, and we negotiated the price to $ I provided and paid for Gallons of paint for the job, Ms [redacted] provided gallons of paint that she had in her basement from the last time I painted the house in At time of completion of job, Ms [redacted] paid me $The amount of the contract, but did not reimburse me for the lumber She pointed out areas of touch up painting for me to come back and take care of at a later time, which was a couple touch ups on front porch posts, garage trim, and a downspout that appeared to be damaged by a weed eater The downspouts on Ms [redacted] ' home are factory finished, and not part of the painting job When I came back to finish the touch ups on 9-18- 2017, Ms [redacted] said that she over payed me $300, and she wanted me to pay it to her and fix a screen, along with some cracks to be caulked and painted on the tie wall I told her I did not owe her any money, and that the screen was not my responsibility because it was damaged by a tree that had grown onto the siding and window, which I trimmed before painting, revealing the tore up screen I did the touch ups on the porch, garage trim, caulked and painted the tie wall tops, and painted the downspout where damaged, along with helping Ms [redacted] husband move furniture to the deck On 10-2-2017, Ms [redacted] called me to tell me if I didnt give her at least $by Friday Oct2017, that she will be contacting the Revdex.com I do not owe Ms [redacted] any money Im sorry I could not satisfy Ms [redacted] , however, the paint job and carpentry work looks great, and will last for many years [redacted] , Owner Advantage Painting Co

On 05/30/this business painted the outside of my home, replace 1-boards on my deck, and a railroad tieI provided the paintThe verbal agreement was that for this project I would pay $4,The amount was paid cash on 06/07/Upon payment I pointed out that the downspouts had not been painted yet and it was agree that he would return to paint themI realized that summer was their busiest time for painting and told him that I did not mind him coming back at a later time to finishI never received a call backOn 9/12/I called him and he said he's come out09/18/He came out and I pointed out the downspouts that needed to be painted and pointed out the railroad tie that had split in places and asked that it be filled and painted as wellWe came to a disagreement because I thought that we'd agreed on $and that I had overpaid so I asked that along with the painting of the downspouts and the filling and painting of the railroad tie that he also replace a scree

for the work was $4800, and we negotiated the price to $4000.00.  I provided and paid for 23 Gallons of paint for the job, Ms [redacted] provided 2 gallons of paint that she had in her basement from the last time I painted the house in 2003.  At time of completion of job, Ms. [redacted] paid me $4000.00.
