of refund from us, and this is why. 1. The Employment Advertising he said he applied to, we know nothing about that nor or we associated with that advertising. We do not even post jobs on indeed. 2. We are a professional Training referral services and consulting company. We are not an employment agency nor do we act as one. We explain this to all of our clients verbally and it can be found in the enrollment agreement all clients sign and agree to before any form of payment is accepted. 3. We also explain that a client is not paying for a job or job services. They are only paying for training and our consulting services. In order for us to offer career counseling services all clients must not only receive training certification from third Party training centers, but they must also receive official license or U.I.D. number from state. The client must also follow all instructions given as well. Failure to follow instruction, we can deny all services. [redacted] LIED ABOUT RECEIVING U.I.D. NUMBER FROM THE STATE, EVIDENCE OF THIS CAN BE FOUND WHEN WE TRIED TO LOOK TO SEE IF HE HAS A U.I.D. NUMBER ON THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE'S WEBSITE LOOK HERE FOR YOURSELF [redacted] HE MOST LIKELY DIDN'T EVEN APPLY FOR HIS LICENSE WHICH WE TOLD HIM TO DO. 4. [redacted] also did not visit any of the employer referrals given to him to gain opportunity. Evidence of this; we contacted a few our sites given to him and we found out he didn't even apply to any of the locations. No applications for [redacted] was found on file with a referred employer. 5. When a client meets us face to face we explain everything honestly we do not mislead or make any promises. In fact we told [redacted] the day that he enrolled that we cannot guarantee him a job regardless of his tireless efforts of trying to get us to do so. We do not guarantee jobs or make any kind of promises. [redacted] is lying because we refuse to give him a refund. 6. To sum everything up all our rules, refund policies, and about our company information can be found in our written enrollment agreement that all our clients must understand and sign before we accept any form of payment. 7. [redacted] understood everything he was signing up for. He is just trying to pull a fast one and get the cost of our services cheaper. We assume that he researched similar companies to ours, offering services for cheaper and immediately assumed we some how wronged him based on that. 8. We ask that [redacted] stop his countless attempts in slandering our company. According to the Non-disclosure agreement he read and signed, he can be held legally liable for any damages that come from him making false statements about our company. [redacted] does not have any proof that we mislead him or wronged him in anyway do to the simple fact we did not do it. 9. At this point we will not be offering any more services to [redacted] and he will not be receiving a refund. For the record we have already suffered damages and losses from [redacted] False accusations. From multiple clients complaining about horrible comments seen on online forums about our company posted by [redacted]. We are recording all losses current and future. So when the time comes we will take legal action against [redacted]. 10. The most [redacted] can say is that he misunderstood a few things, but to lie and slander our company is something we will not tolerate. We pride ourselves on great customer service and integrity. APC posted a front desk position on I[redacted] for $17 hr. That is how I discovered them in the first place. (See I[redacted] Job Posting attachment) I applied and received a call about the position the following day. APC lied about not posting on I[redacted] and I have witnesses to back that up. They claimed I do have a UID number nor license. I had my UID number for about 4 weeks already and I received my physical security guard license from New York State 3 weeks ago. (See UID Number attachment) Next APC claims they referred me to jobs, but they only gave me a list and basically said I was on my own. if you look at the email attachment, instruction 1 states: "[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]" They claiming they referred me, but the email they sent clearly states do not say they referred you. I called some of these places they listed and they are no associated with APC. I also to human resources of some these security companies and they said you cannot just show up for a job interview. You have to apply online. I applied online to a lot of these places and no call back for an interview yet. Thus, APC stated when I first met with them that I would get a job for $17 hr like advertised now that all the classes is finished and I paid $566, I still do not have a job like they originally said. APC is a meaning of a scam. They advertised a false job, overcharged for security guard classes, and did not refereed me anywhere. I could have gotten that same list of security companies from a quick [redacted] search. I want a refund.
