I am not the person who physically dropped off the phone nor signed the warrenty, but that person is my mother who has helped me file this complaintAlso it was my $ that was used for the repairIf it is an issue with the name on the complaint, I will be more than happy to have my mom file a new one under her name for the same issue

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I find it even more disturbing that now they are claiming my wife drop the phone , the phone was not dropped after picking it up and there was no new damage to the phone as they claimed in the reviewand in my review I said please send me a copy of where you asked or told my wife the phone must have been drop againI received no response and even when wife went back the bigger guy in the front hardly spoke it was like pulling teeth and when the white guy in the back came out all he did was show a broken part to my wife and really didn't say anything and just walk away they have no customer service at alland even when my wife goes isn't that what you fix all the big guy could say is it worked when we tested it I had my phone looked at by another repair shop and they advised looks like the part lcd that was put in my phone was just bad but this company seems to have a hard time just accepting that it was a bad part all ismart doctors does from the reviews and other I speak to is blame the customer bottom line they took of my money and my phone was not repair property and that's great he drops his phone all the time I am pretty sure he is not replacing the lcd every time the parts he uses are just not good parts and no one debated when it was droped off or pick up or when it was finish I sent my wife since they called me and I do have a job so I myself was unable to pick up I should have just waited and pick up myself so that they did not try to blame my wifeIt was just a lesson learned and I will given my honest review of this company and that people should stay far away and will continue to advise people to avoid them word of mouth goes a long way .

To whom it may concern,You can re-file, as per business ethics, and business integrity, a person can file the correct way under the right name, with the right documentation. This is why we did not disclose any names and will not under client and business ethics. When one can do a complaint properly, then we will disclose and answer properly. We are following the rules under Revdex.com ethics and policies and the policies of this company. Because all documents for any repair or service is signed by that customer and for that customer and any dispute will be dealt with by that customer only.
