In regards to the comments submitted on June 26, by Mr [redacted] , we are requesting that this review be removed as we have a civil lease agreement in writing with Mr [redacted] and we have every right to enforce such agreement when it is in breach by Mr [redacted] and/or his roommates Our lease clearly states any additional charges and each tenant is asked to review the lease with legal council prior to signing so they fully understand the agreement they are entering We would be happy to provide you with a blank lease agreement for your review to show that we do not hide any fees or fines but charge them for specific incidents of breaching the legal contract which is not only standard in rental lease agreements, but absolutely within our legal rights Mr [redacted] , his roommates, and cosigners all agreed to the additional fees and/or fines for breach of contract prior to moving into one of our rental homesWe would be happy to discuss any specific charge that Mr [redacted] is disputing but I don't see any specific charge indicated in the compliant or any indication that Mr [redacted] is stating we are in any way breeching our end of the agreement, just simply enforcing what was agreed upon by all parties And for information purposes, the reason a staff member was at Mr [redacted] 's home recently, was at their request, not ours, and a serious lease violation was discovered while at the home As several parts of Mr [redacted] complaint is inaccurate and are not truthful as he is attempting to extort money from Advantage Property in exchange for him not spreading slander online, we will issue a cease and desist if they are not dismissed and removed immediately Thank you for your consideration and we would happy to answer any additional questions if Mr [redacted] gives permission to release his rental information Thank you! Dear Revdex.com, Past tenant *** *** was sent a full deposit accounting including her amount due We are willing to set up a payment plan with her for this balance We have not told anyone to not lease to her There is a balance due on her account and that is an automatic
decline to most property managers and owners If a tenant leaves a balance due, most will not lease to that person This balance is over year old at this time, but we are willing to set up a payment plan if she would like to take care of this If she takes care of this, then she will not have debt showing to a past management company.Thank you

Prompt, courteous service from all the staff members. Payments are made on time. Maintenance reports are useful to gauge the condition of the unit and budget repairs. Thanks!

Absolutely horrible experience with this property management. Was planning on renting from a location that was almost out of contract with them because of their horrible service. The owner was proceeding to rent to us, and called to apologize the next day because they didn't communicate and had already rented the property without acknowledging him. Still we proceeded to rent a different property we seen listed by them which was a huge mistake! They do not communicate well with their renters and are NOT people friendly! You can sense their fake niceness. Not only are their online tenant servers messed up, you get a late fee the literal minute you do not pay rent. They require you to check the place up and down for flaws when you move in because they are too lazy to do so themselves. The light bulb in my fridge still hasn't been replaced. Also, on 4/29/2016 (today) a what already looked unsturdy light fixture fell off my kitchen ceiling into a million pieces of glass shards. They should have checked for things to be properly installed especially because the glass dome was big enough it would have killed toddler or hurt them crucially if they had been standing there, which isn't uncommon because it fell centimeters next to my dining table! They replied with "You won't be charged but I will try and see where the cleaning lady is, can't you clean it up?"

Review: We told our landlords we were moving out and gave 30 days notice. Our move our date was June 10th. We paid $550 on June 1st. This was our monthly rent amount. The landlord said they had someone moving in and would prorate our June rent. We still have not received our money back. June had 30 days so from my calculations they owe us about $367.Desired Settlement: $367 prorate for June 2013 rent

[redacted] and I ([redacted]) gave over 60 days notice we were buying a house. We notified Advantage Property Management through voice mail twice (nobody ever answers the phone) and once when we went to the office to advise we had signed on a house. Advantage Property Management did not give us any (ifs) about our pro-rated June's rent. The employee clearly stated we would get our June rent pro-rated, there was no mention on this depending on the new tenant moving in. We have been trying to resolve this through phone calls, and office visits since June. Tom and I just received our deposit back from Advantage Property Management, almost 8 months after we moved out. We were only mailed our deposit after continued pursuit of this business (phone calls and office visits almost every week for 7 months straight). We would like our $367 refunded as soon as possible, as was agreed upon when we paid June's rent in full at the end of May.
